Catered Crop {heart of the Matter}

I inked up the sweet girl from SugarPea Designs's A Bushel & a Peck stamp set.  I see the next release is right around the corner, so I wanted to be sure to use this set. I reached for the hearts to put in her basket.
It was perfect to combine for the Catered Crop, Heart of the Matter Recipe Swap. We are back in FULL force, so join us every two weeks for a new challenge and TONS of inspiration.

 I used my distress markers to color her up. I really love the softer, watercolored look you get when coloring with these markers. It's a little tricky to figure out how to get those items in the basket, but once you do it's easy!

You just need to do a little masking. Stamp the items first (I used the hearts), cover with a paper mask, and then stamp the girl with her bushel basket over top. The clear stamps make it easy to do. There is a quick tutorial Kim added to the Sugar Pea blog. Check it out HERE.

I used my Reverse Confetti Love Notes dies for the sentiment on the largest one. The banner bits and circle heart are from Blueprints 10 by MFT. The sketch is the Deconstructed sketch again (told You I loved it!). It's my second card I made, using it.

I'm also linking it to the first ever Sugar Pea Designs challenge-Anything goes

Have a beautiful Wednesday. I hope you are somewhere warm.....we got hit with more snow and ICE!!!  I am so over this! lol!
