MFT Teaser Time {final peek}

Tonight is the night! We've teased you all week long and tonight at 10pm, TONIGHT you can shop to your heart's content in the MFT Boutique!! Before we get there, we've got one more day to tease you with the new products.

I used LOTS of the new release products on this card. I had fun with the Trendy Triangles and Abstract Art stamp sets. I used them to create my background. I first cut the kraft cs with the Blueprints 4 Die-namics (love those rounded corners!).  Then I used kraft, Black Licorice, Berrylicious, and Sour Apple MFT inks to stamp both large and small Trendy Triangles with a bit of splatter  mixed in.

For my focal point, I cut the new Speech Bubble Frame in Berrylicious cs. I added a bit of text from the Art Expressions Text background stamp in Kraft ink. A brush stroke from Abstract Art was added in Sour Apple ink. I love the diagonal stripe from Washi Prints, so I added that to my  frame, too. The letters are from a new alphabet stamp set called, Max Alphabet.

Here is a closer look at my background. I think it's fun!

Thanks for coming by today. I hope you enjoyed my card.

Stop on by the MFT Blog for all the release details. Don't forget about the BIG Prize up for grabs. Read all the details, there.

{day 6} MFT June Teaser Time

Tomorrow is the BIG day!! It's almost time for the June release for My Favorite Things. The fun begins at 8pm over in the MFT forum on Splitcoast. At 10pm you can load  up  your cart with all the June Brand Spankin' New product!

BUT.....before we begin, we have two more days of teasers. So let's jump right in.
I think the new Die-namics, Chalkboard Frame Builder is awesome! Seriously....the options you have with this set is limitless. You can build frames of ANY size and soooo easily.

I used two of the frame pieces to build this rectangle frame. Simple, just cut two of each size (if you want a square, cut 4 of the same size) and then piece them together. The perfect, mitered corners are a DREAM!!!

I cut mine from Hot Fudge cs and stamped the woodgrain print from Western Backgrounds in the same color ink. Cool, huh!

I decided to frame up the pretty Blooming Rose stamp set. This set is gorgeous. You can produce stunning roses of three different sizes with this two-step stamping set.
I made three blooms here. I cut them all from Smooth White Cardstock with the coordinating die, Rose Bouquet Die-namics.

I used all MFT inks to create these tone-on-tone roses , including two of the new colors-Bubble Gum, and Grapesicle. The other colors I used are Pink Lemonade, Grape jelly, Lemon Drop, and Orange Fizz. The darker color was used for the detail stamps.
After I had them inked up and cut I gave each one a spritz with the new  MIX-ables Sheer Shimmer Mist. Awesome, stuff.

I created my own background by stamping the smaller Blooming Rose in white ink on the kraft cs. I tied it up with a pretty seam binding bow and added a Pink Lemonade Decorative Circle Stax tag. I spritzed that with the Shimmer Mist, also. The sentiment is from last month's Peaceful Wildflowers stamp set and it was stamped with Hot Fudge ink.

thanks for stopping by today. Be sure to hop on over to the MFT blog for today's reveal and info.

{day5} MFT June Teasers

Hello, hello! Happy Release week. It is day 5 of the My Favorite Things Teasers. We are getting closer to release night. On June 11 at 10pm you'll be able to load up your cart and get all the new June Release products.

Today I have a sweet new Doodle Garden Girl for you and I paired her with a new Die-namics. She is called Aloha. I just adore these Doodle Garden stamps. They are so fun to color up.

I stamped her onto x-press blending card stock and colored her with my Copics. After I was done, I added a touch of sparkle with some stickles to her flowers.

I gave her a sandy beach to set the scene for my beautiful Palm Tree. The sand was created with the Sno Drifts Die-namics. Simply cut them from Kraft cs and sponge on some Kraft ink.

The trunk of the Palm Tree Die-namics was cut with Hot Fudge cs and then I used two different colors of MFT  green cs, sour apple and gumdrop green to cut the leaves. MFT thinks of everything when creating their Die-namics. This tree has a solid leafy tree top, and two separate Palm designs so you can easily add depth and color. I used the Coconuts (also included) to pull the full design together.

With the larger acccent on this card, I kept my other embellies simple. I tied on some hemp twine and added the sentiment to one of the sandy hills in Hot Fudge Ink.

Come back tomorrow for more Teaser Time fun. For now, head on over to the MFT Blog for today's reveal AND for a chance at one of the HUGE PRIZES!!
