You can find all the hop details over on the Coffee Lovers Blog, HERE

Laura is one of the company sponsors and has her own give away over on the Lil' Inker Designs Blog. Be sure to head over there to leave a comment. She'll be choosing a winner from the comments. You could win an awesome PRIZE pack:
Coffee Talk Stamps and Dies and Latte Love Stamps and Dies.

The Coffee Cozy die set is one of my all time favorites. It's so fun to create a quick and easy gift card....in the shape of a coffee cup. I colored up some of the Fall Foliage stamps and then cut them out with the coordinating Fall Foliage Dies

I customized a matching sentiment with the Thankful Thoughts stamp set and Thankful Word Die. I wrapped it up with some natural twine. I just adore the olive and purple together, makes me smile.

Color Throwdown 512/ Truly Grateful

Hi, everyone! It's time for a new challenge! Barbara is here with our colors for this week. Remember, we're using generic colors, so as long as you use the color values shown: green, aqua/turquoise, and gray you'll be good...the color police won't come after you--this is all about having fun! And, feel free to incorporate any other neutrals you need in your design, as well.

If you upload to a public gallery, please use the key words CTD512and please use #ctd512 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites. Also, when linking up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of the post, please link to your specific post, not a generic link to your blog--all of the "rules" are in the right sidebar, so check 'em out to be sure. Importantly, though, no digital designsonly digital images that are printed off and colored will be allowed. Totally digital designs will be removed from the link up.

I still have all the stamps from the latest Reverse Confetti release on my desk, so I pulled a bunch of them together for today's card. I started with the Cotton &Thistles stamp set. I colored the images up with my copic markers and then stamped the jar a second time onto vellum card stock. I used the Cotton & Thistles Confetti Cuts to cut out the images. I love the realistic look the vellum gives to the jar. I stamped a few of the leaf images from Fall Foliage and then colored them in the challenge colors with my Copic markers.

The background is the cool new Criss Cross Cover Panel Confetti Cut in Stormy card stock. I added the sentiment from Fall Foliage along the bottom. I wanted the bottom of my card striped in olive, so I sponged Olive ink onto Premium Polar White card stock to create the perfect color I was looking for.

Check out the beautiful creations from the team this week! They are sure to inspire you, they always inspire me!! Have fun creating, we cannot wait to see what you come up with using these colors!

Are you ready for some color inspiration from the team? Check out their beauties below and enjoy.

Now let's see what you can do with these colors!

Hugs, Lisa

Reindeer Fun/Picket Fence Studios

How playful are these Reindeer? I love the new, just released set from Picket Fence Studios called Santa's Sleigh Ride. OMG!  the images are just adorable. I colored up three of them with my copic markers in brown tones and then fussy cut them out. There were new sentiment sets released as well, I pulled a handful of them from Santa's Mischief, Inappropriate Christmas, and the Santa's Sleigh Ride to create a customized background (card layout is inspired by a card Kay Miller posted the other week! love that woman's work!). I then highlighted one of the fun sayings from Santa's Sleigh Ride with Midnight card stock and white embossing powder.

If you haven't check out the new Holiday Release from Picket Fence Studios....go do it. So much cuteness. And don't forget the new circle stencils and the amazing Life Changing Brushes.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Let's just say, as a boy mom, I have always loved monsters. The cute, fun ones, not anything scary. So when we got our sample sets for this release I was so giddy! The set is called Monsters Ink and it's perfect for Halloween and just about any other occasion. If you follow me on Instagram (@lisahenke) then you saw my sneak peek earlier this week of the monster party I colored up. I used a few of those ghoulish cuties on my two cards today.

For this first card, I did some ink blending with Distress Oxide inks and used a circle stencil to create the moon. I stamped some bats in the background from Boo Balloons and added the Boo! Word die (previous released) in black card stock. I made the scene a little more spooky with one of the Spooky Tree dies and then added in my copic colored Monsters Ink. I used the matching Monsters Ink dies to cut them out and then added them to the card base with some foam dimensionals. Here's a closer look.

The next card is actually the first one I created with the Monsters Ink set. I had this paper that made me think of the movie Monsters Inc and so  I used it in the background and colored up the furry beast to look a little like Sully (minus an eye)  from the movie.

I couldn't resist the punny sentiment, so I repeatedly stamped the eye image in the Monsters Ink stamp set and hit it with some white embossing powder onto a Midnight Stitched Circle. I love how this turned out.

I have a few more ideas with this set, so I think you'll be seeing more cards in the near future.

Here is the blog list for today!

I was in die cut heaven with this card. It is no secret around here, I. Love. Die cuts. They make for easy card making and add so much interest to any project. There are some fabulous dies that just Released! I am gah gah over the Harvest Moon die. I love the stitching details, and there are sweet little jack 'o lantern faces you can use to customize your pumpkin patch. love that! I cut it from Sand card stock and then used my copics to add some orange color and highlights. I forgot how I love the look of copics on kraft card stock.

In the background I used some Distress Oxide inks to create my spooky night sky. I added some "grass" detail along the bottom with the Mini Stitched Chevron Border. Two other new dies I added are the Stitched Bats and one of the Spooky Trees

I stamped the sentiment from Boo Balloons set in Midnight ink along the top. So many fun details.

Lil' Inker Designs September Release

Woooohoo! I am so glad you are here! It's time for the September Lil' Inker Designs release! We have some pretty mixed in with fun and spooky. Lots of great dies to make your paper crafting projects speedy! I can't wait to share it all with you.

So my first card is serving double duty.....it's made with the new Fall Foliage stamp set and I am using this week's Color Throwdown Colors. You can check out the challenge over on the CTD Blog

I stamped the floral and leaf images with copic friendly ink and colored them up with my Copics markers. I used the Fall Foliage dies to cut them out. I thought the Perfect Palette die would be a great way to show off the pretty flowers. I love how they peek thru the cut out circle window. I stamped the sentiment from Fall Foliage onto black card stock and hit it with some white embossing power.

I have one more card today. I just love the sunflower image from Fall Foliage. I stamped them onto some water color distress card stock and water colored them with some liquid water colors. Once they dried, I used the Fall Foliage dies to cut them out.

I used another sheet of the Ranger distress water color card stock and cut out a Silly Stitched rectangle. I them sponged on some distress ink in Broken China and added some grass to the bottom with Crushed Olive. I kept the sentiment (from Fall Foliage) simple and stamped it in Midnight ink along the bottom and added the trio of sunflowers with foam dimensionals. It sure makes me happy.
