Card Maker Blog Hop with Reverse Confetti

Surprise! We are hopping along with Card Maker today. You should have arrived from the amazing Amy Sheffer, if not, please hop on back to the start back at the Card Maker Blog

I was channeling some rainbows with this card and I could not resist the awesome new Big Striped Cover Panel Confetti Cut. I cut it from white and then again from each of the rainbow colors to fill in the stripes. I love it!
I have been flipping through my dies to see which ones will fit in that circle from the Big Stripes Cover Panel. The Globe Confetti Cut was a perfect match. I cut the base from from grout gray card stock and then quickly colored up a green scrap of water color paper. After it was dry, I used the heart portion from Globe Confetti Cut to cut out the heart center.

The sentiment is from Fancy Word Coordinates and I embossed it in white on a vellum flag from Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts. I didn't want to hide any of the pretty water colored heart and vellum is a great option for this.

Here is a closer look at the RC products I used today.

I will send you on your way. Linda Beeson is up next. Follow me on over there. Thanks for hanging with me today.

And just so you know....there is a give away over on the Reverse Confetti Blog. Don't forget to stop there, too!

You'll find complete rules in the right hand side bar, and for more inspiration, check out the other design team members' creations below including our Guest Star StamperTenia! We can't wait to see what you come up with this week.

I started off by stamping the medium sized Butterfly Wishes butterfly with some Blueberry ink.  I used the Butterfly Wishes Confetti Cuts to cut out that butterfly and the smaller Tickled Pink butterflies. I added them to the Topped Off Tag. I accented the tag with one of the Top O' The Tag in white and added a pop of color with one of the Hang Ups Confetti Cuts

I tied on some Solid Maraschino Twine and stamped a greeting from Whole Lotta Happy. Here is a closer look at all the detail.

When I saw that beautiful bathroom with that window my crafty brain went right for the  Sit & Chat stamp set and matching Dies from Taylored Expressions. I colored up the cozy sofa with some copics and cut it out with the Sit & Chat dies. I framed it up with a few of the die pieces from the Frame in Frame die and then added the most beautiful touch of pretty with the Rosy Posey Embossing Folder. ohemgee! that thing is awesome. I stamped the sentiment from Sit & Chat in Cement Grey ink and added some sequins and a twine bow to finish it off. Here is a closer look at all the details.

Reverse Confetti May SFYTT

Welcome to the May SFYTT with Reverse Confetti! There is still time to play, make sure to check it out over on the RC Blog. I created a birthday celebration card for you today. I kind of shrunk it all down and used the Documented Confetti Cut rounded rectangle to show off all the pieces of the card. This card all really started with the Double Panel Circles Confetti Cut. It had been sitting on my desk for a month now, just waiting to be used. I trimmed it and used in in the back ground.

I used the Detailed Circle Confetti Cut to add the stitched detail to the Circles 'n Scallops large solid circle. I tucked in the fishtail flag from Tag Me Confetti Cut and stamped the sentiment from Lift Me Up

Here is another look at the sketch.

and here is a closer look at the products I used today.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great Monday!
