Hello there! I took last week off and am excited to be back with this week's colors.  Lynn is our hostess for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge #598! I hope you'll like creating with the colors Pink, Aqua, Gold and White for this week's challengeI hope they inspire you to create something special. We are using generic colors, so as long as you use the color values shown, you are all set! As always, please feel free to incorporate any neutrals that you need in your design as well!

If you upload to a public gallery, please use the keyword CTD598, and please use #ctd598 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites. Also, when linking up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of the post, please link to your specific post, not a generic link to your blog. All of the "rules" are in the right sidebar, please check them out if you are in doubt! One last detail to remember, no digital designs - only digital images that are printed off and colored will be allowed. Totally digital designs will be removed from the link up.

Check out the beautiful creations from the team this week! They are sure to inspire you, they always inspire me!! Have fun creating, we cannot wait to see what you come up with using these colors!

I can't get enough of the sweet new Party Pals set that released last week from Reverse Confetti. I colored it up with Copics and added in the pink color for the challenge for the frosting. Who wouldn't love a pink cupcake. I added in the sweet Inside Scallop Circle Tag as a frame to highlight the bunny.

The "cupcake kisses"sentiment is my favorite. I stamped it with Midnight ink and added in some of the gold color with the holographic gold card stock and the Hello Lovely Confetti Cuts. Here is a look at the pretty color shifts from the holographic card stock.

Check out what the team has created.

Picket Fence Studio June Release

Today is one of my favorite days of the month. It's Picket Fence Studio's June Release!! We have some pretty amazing products in the line up this month. I love it all. Duh! And I hope you do to.

I have two fun cards to share and they both have a fun background detail. First up is my favorite new girl stamp called Artist Dear. To be honest, I don't know if I love the darling girl or the adorable dog more. They are even better together. I stamped them both in Intense Black ink, and then used my Copics to color them up. No die with this, which is Okay....I can use my money to buy more of the new release items. A bit of fussy cutting, which didn't take too long, and they were ready for my card front.

Let's chat about the background. As soon as I saw the Paper Cranes stamp, I knew it had to become wallpaper. I used a strip of Purple Tape to mask off the floor and then did some tone on tone stamping with Stone ink. It is subtle and pretty and the perfect amount of detail. I then added some Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide ink with a Life Changing Blender Brush and added some shadows with a copic marker. To finish the card I stamped the most perfect sentiment ever with Intense Black ink

Chancing gears to a more masculine card sticking with the art theme,  I am excited to show you the Cooking is Art stamp set. Oh, my! The detail on this stamp is awesome and it needs very little coloring, if any. I chose to highlight the food pieces with some color and added some shading with some grey copic markers around the folds of the chef's coat. I again did some quick fussy cutting and set him aside.

For the background on this one, I figured the Fireburst Stencil was a great fit because, well, he is cooking up some food over a hot flame, right?! I used some Candied Apple and Scattered Straw Distress Oxide inks to heat up the background flames. I added the chef image over top with some foam dimensionals and stamped the sentiment along the bottom in Candied Apple Distress ink to match.

The PFS Design Team is sharing all their amazing cards from this release today. SO be sure to check them out and hop on over to Insta and FB, we'll be sharing there too.

Happy shopping and thank you for using any of my affiliate links.
They are free to you and help me keep some of my supplies replenished so I can keep sharing with all of you.

Much Love! -Lisa

Reverse Confetti June Release Blog Hop

it's here, it's here....the June Release from Reverse Confetti is LIVE! It has been #worththewait I'm so excited to see you all get these awesome products into your hands. Happy 7th birthday to RC! I am so blessed to be with this team over the years. Happy Birthday Reverse Confetti!

I am kicking off today's hop with a sweet little birthday tag and the Party Pals stamp set. I colored up this little kitty and used the Party Pals Confetti Cuts to cut him out. I created a layered tag from the new Inside Scallop Tag Confetti Cut. I added a white cloud to help give the feel of her floating up with those balloons. I hand  cut the sentiment flag and stamped the Party Pals sentiment in Lagoon ink.

You can't have a party without balloons, right? I adore this new Confetti Cut set, called Balloons. I cut three of the balloons from Paper Bliss designer paper. I love that the  balloon strings are stitched images you cut right into the card stock you are using. Beautiful texture and detail.

I used the new Center Circle Cover Panel for my card base cut from Premium Polar White card stock and then stamped the "celebrate" from Party Pals in Abyss ink. Here is a closer look at all the yummy details.

Don't forget! This stamp set is FREE with Purchase!

Day 3 Countdown to Confetti-RC June Release

We are on day 3 of the Countdown to Confetti. Did you see yesterday's sneek peeks? #worththewait I am just as excited about today. Let's check it out.

In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion.  After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for this graphic pinned to the top of our feed…

Today we get to share samples made with the Party Pals and Corgi Cuties stamp sets. Fair warning....cuteness overload. I have a card with the Corgi Cuties and a special BONUS card with the FREE with PURCHASE set, Friendly Rainbow

So this card started with the rainbow. I colored it with copics and did a little fussy cutting. It was pretty easy and quick. I then stamped both of the cloud images on the backgrond. I love that you can layer them or choose to stamp individually, like I did here.

I grounded the rainbow with a strip of Sweet Stripes paper and scattered in some pretty sequins.

Up next is a cute pup card. I used the "woof" stamp set to create a focal point on my panel. I stamped the word in a line using Pistachio, Parakeet, RC Aqua, Abyss, and Stormy inks. I then colored up a handful of images from Corgi Cuties with Copics and used the Corgi Cuties Confetti Cuts to cut them out.

I stamped the Corgi birthday sentiment in Midnight ink along the bottom and nestled in the colored images to create a little scene. Super sweet, dontach think?
