Color Throwdown 676/ XOXO

Hello, hello! It's Lisa H here as your hostess this week! I am so excited to share this week's colors with you all.

This is #676 and your colors for this week are Red, Cream & Gold. Remember, we are using generic colors, so as long as you use the color values shown, you will be just fine! This is all about having fun so don't worry if you don't have the exact hues shown here. And you can incorporate any neutrals you need into your design as well.

If you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word CTD676. Use #ctd676 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites. Link up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of this post and please link to your specific post, not a generic link to your blog.

I used a mix of Reverse Confetti products on my card today. I adore the new Postal Cover Panel. I added a few sentiments, one from Big Heart Sentiments and Valentine Sentiments.  The sweet little bunny is from Party Pals. I also added an extra frame piece in Salsa card stock.

I hope you'll play along with the challenge this week. Thanks for stopping by.

Reverse Confetti January Release

Join me and the rest of the Confetti crew & friends as we celebrate the January Reverse Confetti Release! You can SHOP THE NEW RELEASE HERE
BUT.... you might want to join me first with the amazing release day blog hop.

I just had to color up these Hello Daisies again. This time with some watercolors, embossed in white first. Soft, pretty and subtle with the pop of the sentiment in Navy ink.

I used the Hello Daisies Confetti Cuts to quickly and perfectly cut out the sentiment. I love word dies, don't you?!

I also had to show off another sweet little Love Bug. Colored with Copics and I added a touch of sparkle with Stickles glitter. I used the Love Bugs Confetti Cuts to cut him out.

I used the Stitched Daisies Cover Panel cut in Premium Polar White in the background. I added some designer polka dotted paper from the From Cupid 6x6 pad.

I added a strip of Mist card stock and stamped a greeting from Love Bugs in Midnight ink.

Of course, this giant floral was begging to be water colored! It's called Hello Daisy and it's perfect for all occasions and the Hello sentiment is perfect, especially because the Hello Daisy Confetti Cuts included the die for the word. Yes!

I colored up the daisies with my Zig markers and then popped up the cut out image with foam dimensions and added it to the top of a panel cut from the Stitched Daisies Cover Panel. Love the subtle and pretty detail this cover panel adds.

Welcome and Happy New Year! It's time for the Reverse Confetti Countdown to Confetti! We are on day two and I hope enjoyed day 1!

I am super excited about today's cards. I LOVE this new floral stamp set, Poppies! It is an easy layering set and so fun to mix and match colors. I used Piggy Bank, Rose and Midnight inks on this first one and then Lime Green and Avocado inks on the leaves. I stamped them all onto a Cloud White card stock panel and stamped an additional floral on scrap paper so I could cut it out with the coordinating Poppies Confetti Cut.

I popped that one up with some foam dimensionals and added a white heat embossed sentiment from the Poppies set across the panel. Sequins finish it off.

This next card might be my fave! I love Iced Aqua and RC Aqua together and then add in the Midnight....gah! so good! I used the matching Poppies Confetti Cuts to cut each floral cluster today.

This time I used the amazing new word die, Layered Lots of Love Confetti Cuts with the Sweet Stripes paper.

I am so excited to share these sweet little bugs from the Love Bug stamp set. I colored up the bee with copics and then added him to the heart cut out from the Postal Cover Panel.

The Big Hearts sentiment "be mine" was a perfect fit with this cutie. I stamped it in Salsa ink and then my favorite part of this set is the matching Big Heart Sentiments Confetti Cuts!

RC has the best dies! This little tag was pulled together quickly thanks to the newest addition, Lovely Tag Confetti Cuts. I cut the smaller hearts three times, in Midnight, Rose, and Piggy Bank card stock. I added a darling little greeting from Valentine Sentiments

More goodness to share....stick with me. I did an ombre inking with RC Aqua and Iced Aqua inks with the Big Hearts Sentiments. I cut out the words with the matching Big Hearts Sentiments Confetti cuts....don't skip the dies, you'll be sad if you do. Just sayin'!

All the little heart details come from another fabulous confetti cuts set called Large Circle of Hearts! I snipped the circle and added part of it to the top and bottom of my panel.
