Sweet Sunday Sketch 298-Eat Cake

So when you have a birthday in December, it's totally acceptable to add snowflakes to a birthday card. Especially pretty white and vellum ones from Let it Snow by Reverse Confetti. Today's new sketch from the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge was the perfect excuse to make a card for an upcoming birthday. I'm trying to work ahead and plump up my stash.

I cut a trio of paper strips and added them to some white card stock. I then used the Shakers 'n Frames die to cut my main panel and stamped the birthday sentiment from In a Big Way with Steel Grey ink. I then dressed it up with some clear sequins, white enamel dots and a trio of flakes from Let it Snow

Here is this week's sketch.

  2. This is so pretty! And yes I think if your creating a birthday card for the month of December than snowflakes are completely perfect especially snowflakes as lovely as yours. I love how you've embellished your card with the white and vellum snowflakes and the enamel dots and sequins.
