Ok. so on to my cards. I am so tickled with this first one. I used the Quilted Stitched All Hearts cover die to add the gorgeous pattern to my background. It was beautiful as is, but I stepped it up a notch by adding some ink smooshing. It is one of my favorite techniques to do with cover plates.
I then die cut one of the awesome new scripty word dies just released. This one is called With Love. I cut it three times and glued them together to add dimension.
I added it to the center of my card base and finished it of with a scattering of sequins in the same colors of distress inks I used.
My final card for this release hop. I used the Quilted Stitched All Hearts. and kept it all white.....BUT....that heart. If it looks familiar, that's because it is. Remember my shaker card from yesterday, and the heart window....this is the left over piece from the Radiating Love Heart Die. I was excited to use it. I then used the Sending My Love word die to finish off an easy, and striking card.
Here is the blog hop line up for today.
Join me to see what the rest of the team has created.
