Lil' Inker Designs March Release

It's been a great couple of days sharing all the brand new LID goodies with you all. Today is our third and final day of the March Release samples. I hope you have enjoyed all the projects from me and the rest of the team. You have one more day to leave a comment on the DT Blogs for a chance at a LID Gift Certificate.

Hopefully you have arrived here from Amy Kolling's Blog. If not, then be sure to start with Laura and the LID Blog. She has all the new release details along with some beautiful creations of her own.

I have one final card for you today. It's a pretty Easter card using lots of fabulous new LID release products. I created the Easter basket with the Stitched Easter Basket Die. It has all the parts you need to make a pretty basket for any occasion.

I cut the basket from some natural card stock and the bow from pink card stock. Then I used the tiny little egg die to cut out three pastel eggs to fill my basket. All the cool stitched detail allows you to keep it simple, yet really stand out. I layered that onto a white doily. Along the left side of my card I tucked in a strip of the Easter Greetings paper. This is a chevron design, but if you use just the right sized strip  you get some diagonal stripes. Love that!

I had just the perfect spot in the lower right corner to stamp my sentiment. I just adore those sweet words included in the Easter Hodge Podge stamp set. A scattering of pastel sequins finish off my card.

Here is another look at the new LID products I used today!

A few more stops on the way today.
Be sure to leave some love for Sarah Jay
She is next on the hop line up.

Thanks for all your sweet, kind words this week!
it's what keeps me motivated and I love reading what you have to say.
Have a great day!
