Countdown to Confetti-March Release

Welcome,Welcome! It's so great to see you here. It is day one of the Reverse Confetti sneak peeks and what we like to call the Countdown to Confetti. The big release is March 8th so join me for the next three days to see what beautiful new stamps and dies you can purchase on release day. All the details are on the Reverse Confetti Blog, so be sure to check it out. Plus, Jen has the full list of design team members with samples each day. You'll want to leave comments along the way. Two RC Gift Certificates are up for grabs. Leave comments on the DT Blog and on the Reverse Confetti Facebook page for a chance to win.
Today we are showing off a stamp set called Unicorn Wishes and it's coordinating Confetti Cut and an additional die set called Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts. I am sure you are dying to see the Unicorn set, I know I love it! Unicorns are so fun and totally fabulous.

I started with the rounded rectangle from Documented and did some color blending with my distress inks. I then splattered on some clean water to make the inks react and create those sweet little water marks. I finished the panel off with a splattering of purple and pink inks.

I then used my copics to color up the sweet Unicorn and one of the large hearts from the Unicorn Wishes set. I used the Unicorn Wishes Confetti Cuts to get the perfect cut to each of my pieces. I used a few pieces from the Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts to add some extra fun details. I know I am going to use this set a ton! That pierced circle (cut from vellum here) and the banner piece are awesome. I stamped the sentiment onto a black licorice banner piece. I finished it all off with some sequins.

Next up is a sweet card for mom. I used the Flowers for Mom die again and layered up the circle pieces. I stamped "to you" from With Love in light gray ink and then die cut the scripty word "mom" and added it beneath my sentiment.

I used one of the newest Quick Card Panels-So Very Spring to my card base and used the colors from that to create a layered flower with the Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts.

One last layer of pretty was added  with a white doily. I love how pretty and quick a card can come together with all the right dies. These all come in one set....so even better!

Thanks for stopping by. Same time, same place tomorrow.
