I am kicking things off with the Too Cute To Spook stamp set and matching dies. In.Love. Every release I can't wait to see what new critter, illustrator Dawn Machell creates. This month's is the perfect set for Halloween.
I used my new Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to color up the kitty and broom. I used the Too CuteTo Spook dies to cut them out. Ahhhh...perfect every time, AND it saves me time. Get them, you can thank me later ;) I really love that the witch hat is it's own image, so I can still use the kitty stamp any time of year.....or make any of my other critters into a witch! Hmmmmm, I might need to do that soon.
I used the Circles 'n Scallops large solid circle for the moon and added some spooky clouds from Sun 'n Clouds confetti cut set. Oh, I almost forgot, the very cool graphic black and white pattern in the background is one of the new Quick Card Panels-Fall Fun! I just rounded two of the corners and added it to my background with a purple layer behind it.
I used an inlaid die cut technique for my Circles 'n Scallops in my background. It's such an easy way to add the look of dimension while keeping your card flat. A flat card makes for easier mailing.
I stamped the sentiment from the Easy as Pie stamp set. Love all the sweet, sweet words in this set.
