Today we have two more fabulous stamp sets and more Confetti Cuts to share. I'll start with the super cool set, Pumpkin Patch. I just love this line of solid images with the sentiments built in. They stamp like a dream with the Ombre' inks. I used the orange inks on my pumpkin.
So now let's talk about that tag! Yes! I said, tag.....if you have been around my blog for even a little bit, you'll know how I looooove tags. RC is releasing a new tag Confetti Cut and it's the Thanks Tag. OH EM GEE!! Scallops AND a word die....awesome! Thanks, Jen! I used the Woodgrain die to emboss the tag before I added the pumpkin. A sweet row of small scallops from Double Edge Scallop die tops the card.
I adore the little bits and pieces that come with the stamp set. It makes me happy that the leaves, the stem, and the vines are all individual images with their own Pumpkin Patch Confetti Cuts. Love that!
Up next is the next edition of faith based stamps. This new set is called Walk By Faith. I adore it. My annual bible study group starts up again next week, so I was super excited to make this prayer journal. We start each session with Joys and Concerns. I want to be more intentional about my prayer time. Having a place to write it all down will be great. I found this 4x4 notebook in my stash and created a cover for it.
I started with some water color card stock by Tim Holtz. I then scribbled on a few stripes of color with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and added water to blend them out. It was super fast and easy. I sat that aside to dry and then cut out the sweet Double Scalloped Garland. I love that outline die for the banner, it really helps make the banner pop off the background.
Once my watercolored back ground was dry, I stamped the sentiment from Walk By Faith in grey ink along the bottom. Some pretty ribbon and sequins finished off my journal.
I have one more for you using the beautiful Walk by Faith stamp set. It's Sunday and that means there is a new Sweet Sunday Sketch. My card is for this week's challenge. Stop by the Sweet Sunday Sketch Blog to see all the challenge details and play along.
I used the beautiful Thanks Tag and used the rectangle die to cut out the center. I stamped the sentiment on the inside layer of the tag.
Another new die, I can not stop using are the new, gorgeous Leafy Confetti Cuts. I used three of them on my layout to take the place of the stars from the sketch. I added sequins and a button to finish off my embellishment.
Here is the sketch!
Check out what the SSSC DT did with the sketch.
Prize Alert!! There are 2 ways to win.....both require you to leave comments. Stop by the Reverse confetti Facebook page, the other way is to comment on all the design team blogs today and every day during our sneak peeks. 2 RC Gift Certificates are up for grabs!! Good luck!
