WSC51-Tea-riffic

I spent some time getting crafty with the gorgeous ALWAYS TIME FOR TEA stamp set and die-namics.  I was inspired by some new October Afternoon papers......Farmhouse.  I tried not to order these papers, but I'm a sucker for OA.
Also new for me on this card is the cotton fabric tape I used to stamp the sentiment on. It added a nice bit of texture and a fun, unexpected element to my card.  I added it in at the last minute, right over top of the FILE TAB DIE-NAMIC.  I added lots of tea dye distress ink to all the edges.

The ALWAYS TIME FOR TEA die-namics were so easy to work with. I was able to piece together the focal image in a snap.  I layered on two gorgeous stamps from the set to dress up my tea pot.

Oh, and I forgot how fun the orginal MFT JUMBO SCALLOPS die-namic is.  There is NO cut edge along the top, straight edge of this die.....soooooo, you can make your scallop border as wide as you'd like. LOVE that.

Here's this week's sketch.  We sure hope you'll come play along.

Here are the die-namics I used today. Click the graphics to order yours today.

  9. So cute Lisa. I love this set. I ordered it for myself for Christmas. I really wanted to break into my package last night when I was making my card. I was a good girl though. :)
