RC-Watercolored Thanks

I adore the new Here We Go stamp set and matching dies from Reverse Confetti. I created this great watercolor background a few weeks ago when I was working on some homework from the Watercolor for Card makers class.

It was one of my favorite techniques, I think because it was one of the easiest. I simply painted on some pretty watercolor paints onto an acrylic block, spritz with water and stamp it onto a piece of watercolor paper.

After I pulled away the block and saw how the colors blended together, I thought of the sea and then I knew I wanted to use the adorable sub image from Here We Go. It just took me this long to put it all together.

I was inspired by Tracey's card for the CAS(E) This #78 challenge
I missed the link up, but here is the sketch.

Yep, the Doin' the Wave die was the perfect fit for this challenge. I used a trio of the skinniest ones in Sno cone, Berrylicious, and Ocean Tide card stock.

I stamped the sentiment in Blu Raspberry ink and added some Crystal Effects to the bubbles. Short and sweet.

Have a fabulous Friday!
