I needed another birthday card this week, so I while I had out my Label Me stamp set from Reverse Confetti, I used the sweet birthday sentiment and a few of the RC Confetti Cut dies to make this pretty flowery card for my SIL.
Papers are from My Minds Eye-Market Place. Sooo pretty! I used the Double Scallop border die from Reverse Confetti along the top. The little banner pieces are from the Tag Me die set (it's my fave), and that flower. It's custom made. I die cut two petals from Petals 'n Posies Confetti Cuts and then added some giant polka dots from Lots of Dots.
