It was one of my favorite techniques, I think because it was one of the easiest. I simply painted on some pretty watercolor paints onto an acrylic block, spritz with water and stamp it onto a piece of watercolor paper.
After I pulled away the block and saw how the colors blended together, I thought of the sea and then I knew I wanted to use the adorable sub image from Here We Go. It just took me this long to put it all together.

Yep, the Doin' the Wave die was the perfect fit for this challenge. I used a trio of the skinniest ones in Sno cone, Berrylicious, and Ocean Tide card stock.
I stamped the sentiment in Blu Raspberry ink and added some Crystal Effects to the bubbles. Short and sweet.
