My card today shows how great the numbers are by themselves, without the dies. I love the detail Alma added in. That shadowing makes them really fabulous.
If you haven't noticed yet, you will....I LOVE the new Framed Up 2 Cuts Ups. This circle frame (and it's circular center piece....yes, you get two-for-one with this die) is my FAVORITE. I cut the circle twice, once in white cardstock and a second time with the polka dotted paper. This allowed me to have some great contrast to accent my number 9.
I was able to achieve a great layerd stamp look by simply stamping the word, "happy" and the "th" in grey ink. If you use a lighter color ink on the bottom, then stamping a complimentary image or word really stands out.
A few festive, silver glittery Stars and the Big Pinking border cut ups from TCP added just the right extras to finish off my card front.
