Sending Joy

A cloudy, rainy day and the boys and I hung out downstairs while Tim slept (working a few nights this week).  They played with Legos and I got crafty.  Love lazy days like that! I played along with the Ribbon Carousel Challenge this week.

It was a great sketch and I'm pretty certain, I'll be making quite a few cards like this for my holiday cards this year. I really like how this turned out! I used the cool new kraft papers by My Mind's Eye.

Stamps and dies are all's from the gorgeous new Christmas Ornament set.

Check out this week's challenge.

  1. Love it!!! But hey, I'm waiting to see that layout- can't wait to see what you did with the sketch! I got another one done tonight... won't be posted tonight, that's for sure!

  2. This is such a beautiful card!
Thanks for playing at the Ribbon Carousel!

  3. So so sweet, Lisa! I love the polka dots and the twine bow on your tag. The soft colors are perfect. Thanks for playing along at the Ribbon Carousel!
