Today, there are two sets we get to show off. Their names are: Gift Card Greetings II; On the Line.

First I’ll share my Lisa Johnson card. It’s called ON THE LINE and it’s full of beautiful, fun, and fresh sentiments. I was excited to use the new LEMON DROP INK (one of two new colors releasing this month), so it was a natural choice for the “let is shine” sentiment.

I pulled out the AwardSeal and some of my Circle Stax 1 & 2 Die-namics to layer up the sentiment. I made it look like a sun, so I picked a couple of coordinating patters of paper from the Seen & Noted paper pack and tucked in a few giant clouds.  Love those Jumbo Cloud Die-namics.

I felt like there was a bit much of “white space” to left after I added my clouds, so I looked to the new MINI DOUBLE DOTS DIE-NAMICS to add a unique border strip (with ORANGE FIZZ CS), complete with a yummy twine bow.

Here's another look at the sentiment "sun" and clouds.  It's such a fun and happy card. Dontcha think??!!

I changed gears from graphic to shabby chic.  These papers are by Glitz Design, it's from the Cashmere Dame 6x6 paper pack.  The patterns are gorgeous and the new MFT Lemon Drop ink looks  great with them. I created a birthday card with the ON THE LINE STAMP SET

I used Wild Cherry card stock for my card base and then added some Black Licorice and Sweet Tooth for my other layers. I added a few different strips of patterns along the bottom and used the new BRACKET EDGE DUO DIE-NAMICS for another point of interest. It helps draw the eye to the sentiment. It's all wrapped up with some Maraschino Red Twine.

Now check out that flower! I used the fun chevron striped paper to cut multiple layers of the WINTER ROSE DIE-NAMICS. I sponged on some LEMON DROP INK and gave a good slathering of white, Picket Fences Crackle Paint. I added a Wild Cherry button and some black hemp twine to finish the flower center.

Up at the top, I used one of the new OPEN HEXAGON BORDERS to accent the top. I added a swipe of crackle paint there, too and touched it with a bit of sponged on Wild Cherry ink. I also stamped the candle image in one of those open hexagon spaces. It needed one more thing, so I added a Lemon Drop Button

Now how about a look at the GIFT CARD GREETINGS II card I made.  I love this set (love the original version, too!).  Now you have options when card making and can create the gift card holder that fits every need.  I used the coordinating GIFT CARD POCKET-HORIZONTAL DIE-NAMICS that coordinates with the stamp set.  Each of the sentiments fit the pocket perfectly.

I have a festive, fun card.  It’s still a holiday card, but I played up the pinks and reds.

I think the new LOOPED BORDER is great. It's the perfect little something for lots of occasions. That pretty pink paper is the RAZZLEBERRY card stock by MFT.

I cut the pocket from some Natural cs by MFT and then added some DARLING DOTS from last month's release. Gotta love polka dots!

I cut a rectangle to fit the front of the GIFT CARD POCKET-HORIZONTAL DIE-NAMCIS from a coordinating piece of designer paper from the Crate Paper 6x6-sleigh ridepaper pack.  I stamped the sentiment with some distress ink and sponged the edges to help it pop!  I wrapped a piece of Wild Cherry Grosgrain ribbon around the card base. Three fun MFT buttons: one Wild Cherry, one Razzleberry, and one Sno Cone, all tied up with twine and I called this card done! I can't wait to give it to my niece this holiday!

Speaking of paper….. Have you seen the Pattern Paper MFT is now carrying. There are lots of the new, hot, trendy paper packs!!  Supplies are limited, so act fast if you see something you like.  How awesome is it to shop all in 1 place for ALL your stamping needs?? ♥ that!
