Day 4 with MFT December Teasers-{coldest days}

Are you staying warm with all this MFT teaser excitement?? Today's set is the latest and gratest instahlment of the Who's That Girl line of stamps (AKA-WTG).  She's been a long time love of many and this month we get an updated version of her playing in the snow with a lovely snow buddy.
The set is called WHO'S THAT GIRL SNOWMAN. I have to admit, the girls done up in the circles are my favorite!! Love working with round images. Plus it was a perfect fit to top the new SNOWFLAKE DOILY.  I stamped the WTG on to X-press it paper and then used   a CIRCLE STAX circle to cut out the image. I then colored her with copics.  I added touches of pale, pale blue copics  (my BG000) around the edges of my snowman and along the snowy hill in the background. This gives is a great way to add shading, while still keeping the white, white. 

Then I had fun making the snowman look life like, by adding Martha Stewart Coarse crystal glitter all around the edges. I made sure to add lots more of this to the edges of the SNOWFLAKE DOILY, too!!! Check it out. 

The papers I used are from Crate Paper and they are called Sleigh Ride. You can find this 6x6 paper pack in the MFT Boutique. It looks great with MFT Kraft, Pink Lemonade and Jellybean Green cardstock. I used those here.

  You can also see I used two other dies today. I added a snow drift along the bottom, which is where I stamped my sentiment in MFT Jellybean Green ink. Quick and easy to do thanks to the Snow Drifts Die-namics. I just added a quick little zig zag stitch along the seam. 

  I also used one of the center dies from the new WINTER ROSE DIE-NAMICS and added more of that glitter to it.  They are a fun alternative for a snowflake. I tied up the whole card with some yummy Sno Cone ribbon. Swoon!! I ♥ MFT grosgrain ribbon.
