U Rock....MFT Guest Designer Contest

Great weekend, and a busy week to come. It is MFT Teaser week, starting on Wednesday....I know you are excited.  Did you know that the Guest Designer Contest has been going on since the last release? It's another Sketch.....I have seen lots of fun cards in the gallery. I had these fun, MME papers sitting on my desk from something I created last week, so I decided to use them up before I put them away. I love the denim and chevron prints. 

I made this one for my niece who just visited with us. She's a tween, so I wanted it to have a "cool" look.  I used the smaller pennants from JUMBO BANNER DAY DIE-NAMICS and then added some cute, girly accents thanks to the teeny images from NOTCHED TAG.  I stitched on the pennants and left the thread hanging to give it a homespun feel. 

In place of the skinny fishtail sentiment piece from the sketch, I decided to ink up my The Vanity License  Plate stamp and Die-namics.  I cut the license plate from some yummy Kraft cs and then added  a rainbow with my letters. I used my new Amuse inks and just loooove how they look on the Kraft cs. 

Purple is Samantha's favorite color, so I tucked in a tiny PINKING EDGE along the denim paper. It's just that little something to make it all POP!
