MFT TEASERS day 3

It's our third day into the week long fun of Teaser Time with the MFT Design team. Today is our sentiment day....two great sets, our previous Triple Scoop set AND the new Triple Scoop set:

I used the COMPLIMENTARY GREETINGS set on today's sample. I love the big bold font, and all the amazing sentiments. You'll love it, too. While it looks like I kept my card fairly simple, there is  A LOT going on here. I just adore how it turned out. 

 I just got my hands on the awesome new papers by Simple Stories-Summertime. LOVE! The colors and prints are so fun.  I cut into the plaid for my background and then used the amazing new HEXAGON DIE-NAMICS, to dress up my backdrop. 


These are so fun, and there are sooo many ways to use the Hexagons. You get two dies in the set, but the two dies can DO so much. Use them separately, layer them up, use 1 size, or both sizes together...... It's almost like doing a puzzle, but it's crafty, so it's Lots more Fun! Plus, hexagons are quite trendy right now. I love the graphic feel they give to any project. I'll show you more about these on release night. 

The new DESIGNER LABEL 2 STAX DIE-NAMCS was the perfect place to stamp my sentiment (thanks Becky for letting me try some new, pigment inks by Amuse...they work great with my MFT acrylic stamps). 

I embellished the card with some fun buttons. They are tied up with some brown hemp twine from the Ribbon Carousel.
