In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion.  After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for this graphic pinned to the top of our feed…

Switching gears a bit today, to this lovely set called Happy Bee Day. It's such a great set for all seasons. I stamped out the honey pot and all the extra bits and colored them up with my Zig clean color brush markers and a water pen. Once they were dried, I used the coordinating dies, Happy Bee Day Confetti Cuts to cut out each piece.

I used a few other new Confetti Cuts on today's card. The first one is the background, Hex Cover Panel, in Mist card stock. I love the perfect placement of the hexagons and the sweet little stitching detail around the edges of each of the opening. I also added the greeting with the Hello Lovely Confetti Cut. I am a sucker for word dies, love this one. One phrase, or two separate words, the negative or positive of the letters....lot so options with this one. I picked a bold pattern from the From Cupid paper pack.

Here is the list to hop along with.

Reverse Confetti/ Countdown Day 2

Welcome back! It's day 2 of the Countdown to Confetti. If you missed the fun that started yesterday, be sure to scroll down to see what I created with the new release products. We have more great things to share today. It's Dawn Machel Day and that always makes me super excited!!

Above is our COUNTDOWN TO CONFETTI SCHEDULE and here are a few more details to know about this week's happenings:
In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion.  After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for this graphic pinned to the top of our feed…

Today we have two great stamp sets being shared. They are called Big Bear and  Heart Pals. I created my first tall card with all  the critters from Heart Pals. I love the size of these cards (Heather did a video tutorial on this size card), it allows for great scene building space and I was able to use all the images on one card.

I started by ink blending some Distress inks onto  a piece of Polar White card stock. I then embossed some of the teeny hearts from the Heart Pals set onto the background. I finished the backdrop with the sentiment stamped in Midnight ink along the top and added some white splatter. I then set the panel aside to dry.

I then got busy coloring up all the adorable Heart Pals with my Copic markers. I used the Heart Pals Confetti Cuts to cut each of the  critters out. I also colored up two of the heart duos. I'll share a closer look of each of the cuties, starting from the top of the card. The stacked hearts are from the XOXO Hearts Confetti Cuts.

Here is the middle critters of the card details.

And the bottom of the card. The two critters holding the heart together is my favorite of the bunch. I just love how this all came together. If you have not tried a tall card, give it a try. It's a lot of fun to work with a new size "canvas".

Here is the list to hop along with.

One more day of Countdown day until release day.
Join me again tomorrow. See you there.

RC Countdown to Confetti/ Day 1

Hello Fetti Friends! I am so excited to get things started with the January release from Reverse Confetti! It's all full of love, hearts, and sweetness! It's time for Countdown to Confetti.....the January release sneak peeks start today. All the new stamps, dies, and paper will be available for purchase on January 8!

Let's get started with a handful of new products I used today. The new stamp sets are called Love You Most, Patterned Hearts. I started this card with the awesome, new, probably going to be my favorite, Diagonal Stitched Cover Panel in Premium Polar White card stock. I looooove a great stitched detail and this is an amazing background. I layered on a Kindness Cards Confetti Cut from the new 6x6 pattern paper pad, From Cupid.

I used the coordinating  Pattern Hearts Confetti Cuts to create a window and a frame for the stamp. I love all the patterns in the Pattern Hearts set and have a few more ideas floating around in my head for them. I decided on the teeny tiny polka dots stamped in Piggy Bank ink onto Piggy Bank card stock. I stamped the sentiment in Midnight ink along the bottom.

Next I decided to make a little treat box to go with my card, or to give separately, I haven't decided yet. The Goodie Box Confetti Cuts is an easy way to whip up some cute packaging for all kinds of treats. I cut it from Polar White card stock and added a different Pattern Hearts stamp to each side. I love the stripes. I kept is a little tone-on-tone in blacks, white, and greys. I cut one more Pattern Hearts Confetti Cut in Stormy card stock and added a sentiment circle from Love You Most in Piggy Bank ink. This new stamp set, rounds out the circle sentiments that coordinate with the Bags 'n Tags Confetti Cuts. Options....lots and lots of options with all your occasions.

Here is the list to hop along with.

See you back here tomorrow for more Countdown to Confetti projects!

Color Throwdown 524-Lovely Day

It's a new year and another round of fresh colors to work with from the Color Throwdown Challenge. I am a day late, but I'm okay with that. It's still Winter Break in our house, as my kiddos and I don't go back to work until next week. We are enjoying the time off. It also means I got some crafty time over the past few days and it sure felt good to be back in my studio.

Hi everyone, Amy is our host this week, and  welcome you to the first CTD challenge of 2019! This week's colors are yellow, green, black, and white--and any other neutrals you need to complete your design.

If you upload your creation to a public gallery, please use the key words CTD524, and please use #ctd524 and#colorthrowdown on social media sites.  Also, when linking up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of the post, please use a direct link to your specific post, not a generic link to your blog.  All of the rules are in the right sidebar, so check them out if you're unsure.  And no digital designs will be allowed - only digital images that are printed off and colored.

I used the gorgeous floral stamp, Ruffled Peony , from Picket Fence Studios and quickly colored it up with my Zig markers and a water color brush. I trimmed off the bottom edge and added some Black & White stripe paper along the bottom. I stamped the sentiment from in Intense Black ink and tucked in some sequins. As a final accent I tied on a black burlap twine bow.

Now here is some great inspiration from the talented design team.  We can't wait to see what you create!

I'd also like to welcome our January Guest Designer,
Vicki Finger

I have an easy birthday card to share today. My MIL's birthday is the day after Christmas and I always have her gifts ready to go before the holidays.
I used distress inks to create the wintry background and added some of my favorite snowflakes, Snowflake Trio.

I framed it up with the largest  Lacy Scallops Rectangle Confetti Cuts. The sentiment was stamped in Wisteria ink and it's from the Sentiment Essentials. I love that this set has matching Confetti Cuts.
