So let's talk about this awesome new stamp set, Labeled! It's awesome. Oh, yeah, I already said that. You will need it! The fonts are beautiful, they make for quick and easy cards, there is this darling laurel stamp included, AND if you are lucky enough to already own the previously released Give Thanks Label, well, then, you have no excuse. You must buy this stamp set. You will love it!
I went with some mini cards today. Like I said, quick and easy is what I was aiming for. With the holiday past, I need a stack of thank-yous to send out. I love just making post card style cards for this occasion. One layer, do up the front and then just write on the back. Keep it simple, yet pretty.
I cut some Woodgrain panels from smooth white card stock and then used the Labeled stamp and some ombre inks to make the focal point. I cut them out with the Give Thanks Label die. Behind each label, I tucked in a strip of the coordinating Quick Card Panel-All heart. Don't forget, these are a limited edition product and once they sell out they are gone. The past few months have sold out quick, so don't wait. You know you want a rainbow of hearts in your stash!
Here is my pink card. Checkout the Laurel die. It is sooo pretty. I cut two of each sizes and layered the smaller, white one on top. Love that look!
When making a set, I like to keep the design the same or very similar for quicker assembly. Here is the aqua card. You'll see I topped each card off with a wood veneer heart from Studio Calico.
And my favorite card, because it's purple and I just loooove that purple ombre' ink.
I made one more card with the same products. I wanted to show you the two sizes from the Give Thanks Label Confetti Cut. This time I stamped the Labeled sentiment onto the All Heart Quick Card Panel and used the smaller of the dies to cut it out and layered it on a white larger die.
I mounted that onto a light grey Documented rounded rectangle confetti cut and then added a stamped laurel from the included in the Labeled set and used the coordinating Laurel die to cut it out. I finished this one off with a die cut heart from Stamped Note.
Here is a closer look at the new product I used today.
That's it from me, today! Don't forget to leave some love for the team and you will have a chance to win an RC Gift Certificate. Tomorrow is release day and I will be back with another project for the Blog Hop. Have a great day!
