Countdown to Confetti Day 1-Reverse Confetti November Release

Let the excitement begin!! It's time for the November Reverse Confetti release countdown. It is day one of the hop and you don't want to  miss a thing. You'll find great products to use this holiday season AND year round. If you love tags (who doesn't??) then you'll REALLY love this release. All the details are on the Reverse Confetti Blog. Make sure you stop by to see what Jen has created AND to see the full list of Design Team members sharing projects today. You can purchase all the new release goodies on November 8!

Oh, and don't forget to leave some comments along the way. There are 2 prizes up for grabs. Leave comments on the designer blogs each day and visit the RC Facebook page and leave some love there, too. 2 Reverse Confetti gift cards are up for grabs.

Here is my first project for today. It's a hybrid-gift card holder and card all in one! Bonus....it was was created in the shape of a tag! The awesome new Gift Card Tag Holder Confetti Cut is a must have! So many ways to use this beauty! Today I used the large piece to cut the base of my card. I folded over a piece of kraft card stock and made sure the die was placed just a bit below the fold of the card when I ran it through my machine. I then cut another, full piece of the tag with the arrow pattern paper.

I then used the other dies in the set to create the slot for my gift card and dressed it up with a pretty scallop border. I love that Jen included two options for embellishing the slit. So cool! I tied on some of the gorgeous Cappuccino twine to the top.

I cut the smallest circle from Circles 'n Scallops from kraft cs and embossed the sentiment from With Love in white embossing powder. I then used the Leavy confetti cuts and Petals 'n  Posies to add a handmade flower embellie.

Up next I am shifting gears to holiday time. I made two customized name tags for two of my guys. Easy to do with the new alphabet set, Alphabetical

Here's the deets on this tag. I Cut one Gift Card Tag Holder from green cardstock. I then trimmed the striped card to fit the tag. I used the Donut You Know circle die, because it cut just inside the stitched detail on the QCP. I popped up that outter piece for interest.

I used the Alphabetical  stamp set to stamp my hubby's name on a Stitched Flag Trio piece and tucked it under a Let is Snow snowflake cut from vellum. Gosh, how I love those snow flakes. Sooo pretty and classic!!! I can't forget to mention those super coolio tag toppers. Did you notice them? It's is such a fun way to add a pop of color and interest to ANY tag. It's  another new die called Hang Ups! You can really see them good in the next tag.

So this one is for my son. I used the same Gift Card Holder Tag again, and this time I cut a Holly Jolly Quick Card Panel with the rounded rectangle piece from that Confetti Cut set. It fits nicely across the tag for this one.  **remember, these are limited editions. Once they are sold out, they are gone! So snatch them up fast!!!**

I stamped just the "to:" from With Love just above the QCP and then added his name with Alphabetical.  Check out the Hang Ups on this one. I love that there are three different options for the tab and the re-enforcer piece. Customizing each one has so many options.

I added the sweet Holly Confetti Cuts to this tag. I just love it with those bright red berries.

I hope you enjoyed today's projects. I have more to share tomorrow, so make sure to stop on back by. Here is a closer look at the new products I used today.

Here is a little peek at something special we have planned for next week. The fun continues after this release. We hope you'll join us!

Now head on over to the Reverse Confetti Blog. Jen is waiting for you.
