Reverse Confetti March Release {Countdown to Confetti-day 3}

It's almost time.....1 more sleep until the amazing March Reverse Confetti Release. OMG!!! Are you loving it or what??!!! More beautiful things to share today. I think this is my favorite day of sneak peeks!

This month's release has FIVE stamp setsSEVEN Confetti Cuts and Spring Fling Quick Card Panels. Serious awesomeness!
Shine Bright (with Sun 'n Clouds Confetti Cuts dies), The Buzz (with coordinating Confetti Cuts)
The blog hop starts over at the RC Blog. Be sure to stop by each designers blogs AND the RC Facebook page. There are 2 Gift Certificates up for grabs. Your job is to leave comments along the way. You have 2 chances to win....one from FB and one from the blogs.

This first card is my favorite that I created for this release. Oh, how I love this Spring Fling Quick Card Panel, and the Bee.....GAH!!! The stamp set is called The Buzz and it has matching Confetti Cut dies so trimming out the bees, and hive are oh-so-easy!

I started by adhering that beautiful, graphic triangle Panel to my card base and then used the Documented rounded rectangle die to cut a piece of vellum. I then embossed the sentiment with clear embossing powder, after I stamped it with Tropical Teal dye ink. I stamped the trail stamp with Black Licorice hybrid ink and added some sequins. The bee was added with foam dimensionals.

I can't tell you how happy I am that RC will now have Sun 'n Clouds Confetti cuts! Yay!!! I tucked a sweet little yellow sun behind my Shine Bright Sentiment. I stamped the sentiment in black licorice hybrid ink and then used my copics to color in the bottom part of the word "bright". I use a flicking motion and two Copic markers to create an ombre' effect. Here I used R02 and R05.

Here's a closer look at the focal point. I cut the sentiment with the circles 'n scallops die and added a heart from Love Note. The dotted background is another one of the amazing Spring Fling Quick Card Panels. Love them! Get them! You won't be sorry!

This next card is the very first card I created for this release. Those rainbow stripes are AMAZING and I had to use them right away. As I stated above, I was super happy to see the Sun 'n Clouds as Confetti Cuts this release, so they were the first things I cut out.

I used an old scrapbook tip for this card. I knew I wanted to use a light blue card stock for my sky and that I would be covering up most of the striped quick card panel. I was sad that I wouldn't have this card anymore (you get 2 of each when you order a set).

 SO not to "waste" any bit of it, I cut out the center with the Documented Confetti Cut rounded rectangle. I then layered the finished sno cone piece over top and you never would know the striped are missing from the center. I also now have a smaller panel of my favorite striped pattern to use on another project in the future. Although, I admit, I am now HOARDING it! lol. Here you can see how I cut it out. Check it out.

I used the cool, Double Edge Wonky Scallop border die again as grass. This time I used the larger scallops. I used the same copic flicking technique to color in the letters on this Shine Bright sentiment, but this time I used a rainbow of colors. I simply followed the color pattern from the Quick Card Panel. I added a button to my sun and tucked in two sweet clouds. Sun 'n Clouds is a must have!

One more day!! Then the new release goodies are available.
