Embrace Happiness

Hubby was at a soccer meeting and the boys each had friends over, so that meant stampy time for mama. I went ahead and colored up this sweet stamp from TSG, Amalie's Daisy.  I picked her up the other week during their Christmas in July sale. Love that!

I made things easy on myself and used Lisa Arana's Wanna Sketch no.7 for my layout. Have you seen her sketches yet? They are sure fun and a great way to kick start a clean and simple card.
I also am sliding in at the last minute with this week's TSG-Metal challenge. I added some criss crossed staples and used a grey brad. See, you can add metal to a girly card and still make it look sweet.

I loved that this stamp set included the extra flower image. I used it to stamp my background  as well as to add an extra layer to her hat flower.

I colored this top flower the same as the first one and popped it up with a dimensional. I also gave it a touch of sparkle with MFT's Glitter Glaze

This was the perfect card for my Sunday afternoon. Hope you like it. I'll be back tomorrow with more stampy goodies.
