CAS166-a sympathy flower

I played along with this week's CAS challenge 166 over on Splitcoast.  I need to get a sympathy card to my neighbor and this little challenge was a great start to my Monday morning mojo (oh, that just reminds me I need to check out the MojoMonday challenge).

It was a fun sketch with a cool Ring element. I pulled out more MFT goodies.....I spent some time digging through my stamps.  Oooo'd and Ahhhh'd over some forgotten sets I have! Like this one, Silhouette Flower. I LOVE this flower.  It was one of the first MFT die-cut shapes with a matching to come out.  I still remember how giddy I was when it showed up in my DT package all those months ago.

The papers are by Authentique-Blissful.  So pretty with the yellows and touches of coral throughout. I used my Circle Stax 2 to create my ring.  Easy peasy with one pass through my Vagabond.

I layered up to circle Stax dies and wa-la! I ended up with the ring, and a solid inner circle I can use at a later date.

The sentiment comes from the INSPIRED BY FLOWERS SET 1.

Here are the Die-namics I used.
