After I decided on my papers...I'm in love, BTW....Studio Calico, Memoir, I went straight to the oval chain die and dainty dots die. They added just a little something behind my bird cage.
Speaking of that bird cage...it's pretty fabulous and I've already got some other ideas brewing in my head on what to use it with. It's called Contemp Cage, don't miss it on your shopping list tonight. I cut out the birdcage and carefully added some thin, strips of Jody Boosters to some of the thicker parts of the die. Before I attached it, I stamped the chain and bird swing images. The bird was cut from the die-namic included in the set. After I had that all done, I attached the popped up bird cage.
I added my sentiment to, yep, you guessed it....the oval tab. Again, I curved my sentiment to follow the curve of the die....sooo easy to do with clear stamps. The edges were distressed and a few vintage brads help set it off.
See you back here tonight for our new Product Tour with the MFT DT. It's another great way to see all the new products in action.
Head back to Kim's blog for more Pep-Rally creations!
