Countdown to Confetti-Day 3

I am So excited!! It's that time again, it's a new month and a brand new release!! Welcome back. We are on the final day of The Reverse Confetti January Release Countdown to Confetti! That means TOMORROW you can purchase all the pretties! yay! What do you have your eye on???

Stamps and Confetti Cuts fill the list this month, along with 4 more beautiful colors you are going to LOOOOOVE!!! All the Details are on the RC Blog, be sure to start over there for a full list of design team members sharing projects today.

In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts of the DT members' blogs, we are also running a Facebook promotion. After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for this graphic pinned to the top of our feed.

On Facebook, simply leave a comment under the graphic. One person that comments on the graphic by 1pm EST on January 7th will be randomly chosen to win a $15 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store. Today we are are showing off the newest addition of faith based stamps by RC. It's called My Rock and it might just be my favorite. I have two projects with it today. This first one was actually the first card I made for this release. I started with the Heart Stencil and some Stone ink. I carefully blending the ink onto a piece of stone card stock and then stamped the sentiment from My Rock in black ink along the bottom.

I added some Salsa hearts from the xoxo Hearts Confetti Cuts. I just love how those hearts stack and with the perforation down the middle, it adds great dimension.

As I was finishing off the card I remembered the pencil image from Worm Wishes and stamped one up and colored it with copics and then used the Worm Wishes Confetti Cuts to cut it out. I tied on a bit of blossom twine. I layered up the finished panel with some Piggy Bank card stock and mounted it all on a top folding Cloud White card base.

My next card is soft and pretty with a mix of stone, piggy bank, and mist card stocks. I used the Documented Confetti Cut and some True Love 6x6 paper to create a rounded rectangle as a base for my focal point.

I layered up the Flowers for Mom Confetti Cut and a Circle 'n Scallops large solid circle and stamped the sentiment from My Rock in Piggy Bank ink. The star of the show is that gorgeous Cross Confetti Cut. I am in love with it.

Countdown to Confetti-Day2

I am So excited!! It's that time again, it's a new month and a brand new release!! Welcome back. We are on day two of The Reverse Confetti January Release Countdown to Confetti! So much cuteness packed in to the next four days, you won't want to miss it. Stamps and Confetti Cuts fill the list this month, along with 4 more beautiful colors you are going to LOOOOOVE!!! All the Details are on the RC Blog, be sure to start over there for a full list of design team members sharing projects today.

Two fun sets to share today. I think you are going to fall in love with them. They are called Foodie FUN and Crazy about You. First up is my Foodie Fun card. Oh, how I love this set! I used Royal Purple and Lime Green to ink up that uber cool beet!

I added a fun striped detail in the background with the new Tall Stripe Panel. It's awesome! I cut it in the same Cloud White card stock as the card base and I love the subtle detail it gives. I tucked in a sweet heart border from XOXO Hearts Confetti Cuts. I used the little hearts from the negative space from that heart border to create some floating hearts that carry up to the top of my card. I tied on a bit of Honeydew twine to my beet for the finishing touch.

I used lots of new release goodies on this next card starting with the heart background paper. I love that 6x6 True Love paper pack. I then added a layer of Cloud White and All Framed Up frame in the gorgeous new red, Salsa! I stamped a sentiment from Crazy About You! In true to RC style, it's a great set full of great lovey sentiments with a mix of fonts and lots of ways to mix and match your greetings!

I am totally crushing on the new colors. I used all three pinks on my Heart Banner so yo could see them in action, side by side. From left to right, is Rose, Piggie Bank, and then Flamingo. So pretty!

Countdown to Confetti-Day 1

Happy New Year!!! I am So excited!! It's that time again, it's a new month and a brand new release!! The Reverse Confetti January Release Countdown to Confetti has begun! So much cuteness packed in to the next four days, you won't want to miss it. Stamps and Confetti Cuts fill the list this month, along with 4 more beautiful colors you are going to LOOOOOVE!!! All the Details are on the RC Blog, be sure to start over there for a full list of design team members sharing projects today.

It's another cutie pie set from Dawn Machel this month and it's piggies!!!! oh my, they are soooo, so adorable and you'll love the mix of sentiments. The set is called Cured and of course there is a matching Cured Confetti Cuts dies to got along with it.

I colored the piggie (there are two cutie-pies in this set! love them!) with my copics and then cut him out with the Cured Confetti Cuts. I used my Wink Of Stella glitter pen to add some shimmer to his sweet little nose. I did the same with the heart banner. You can see that in this picture.

I used a handful of other new release goodies on this card, too. The card base is the gorgeous new Piggy Bank card stock. It is such a great shade of light pink. The Lacy Scallop Circles was cut from Rose card stock and then I added the pierced circle from Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts with a piece of the text paper from the True Love 6x6 paper pack. I stamped the "hogs & Kisses" sentiment in the new Rose Dye ink on a Layered Banner Duo Confetti Cut. I've seen Amy Sheffer do this many times and was inspired to try it myself. It's such the perfect width for sentiments.

All those amazing heart cut outs in the background are from the newest All Heart Cover Panel. Isn't it awesome??!! I cut it from some Cloud White card stock.

Color Throwdown 424-Hooray

Happy New Year! Welcome to the first Color Throwdown Challenge of 2017. Amy is this week’s hostess, and she's chosen a favorite color combination of hers - black, green and hot pink. Remember we use generic colors, and please feel free to add in neutrals as you wish.

Let's celebrate the New Year, and I am bulking up my birthday card stash. These Reverse Confetti Confetti Cuts make the job easy. I started with the Boxes 'n Balloons stamp set. I stamped one in Lime Green ink and the other in Avacodo ink. Once I cut them out with the Boxes 'n Balloons Confetti Cuts, I set them aside to work on the shaker.

I cut the Big Stripes Cover Panel from black card stock and then added the stitched detail around the opening with the Detailed Circles Confetti Cuts. I used the largest solid circle from Circles 'n Scallops to back the opening with some clear acetate. I added the sequins in the challenge colors and foam tape to give them room to move.

2017 Seasons Givings Blog Hop
