Countdown to Confetti-Day 1

Happy New Year!!! I am So excited!! It's that time again, it's a new month and a brand new release!! The Reverse Confetti January Release Countdown to Confetti has begun! So much cuteness packed in to the next four days, you won't want to miss it. Stamps and Confetti Cuts fill the list this month, along with 4 more beautiful colors you are going to LOOOOOVE!!! It's another cutie pie set from Dawn Machel this month and it's piggies!!!! oh my, they are soooo, so adorable and you'll love the mix of sentiments. The set is called Cured and of course there is a matching Cured Confetti Cuts dies to got along with it. 

I colored the piggie (there are two cutie-pies in this set! love them!) with my copics and then cut him out with the Cured Confetti Cuts. I used my Wink Of Stella glitter pen to add some shimmer to his sweet little nose. I did the same with the heart banner. You can see that in this picture. 

I used a handful of other new release goodies on this card, too. The card base is the gorgeous new Piggy Bank card stock. It is such a great shade of light pink. The Lacy Scallop Circles was cut from Rose card stock and then I added the pierced circle from Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts with a piece of the text paper from the True Love 6x6 paper pack. I stamped the "hogs & Kisses" sentiment in the new Rose Dye ink on a Layered Banner Duo Confetti Cut. I've seen Amy Sheffer do this many times and was inspired to try it myself. It's such the perfect width for sentiments. 

All those amazing heart cut outs in the background are from the newest All Heart Cover Panel. Isn't it awesome??!! I cut it from some Cloud White card stock.
