Reverse Confetti December Creative Hop

I love adding tags to holiday gifts to create the perfect finishing touch. I combined some previously released and newly released products for today's projects.  

I adore this Wreath of Joy Confetti Cut. I layered it over the Circle Rays Duo. I love the Lime Green, Avocado and Sand card stock combo with some white glitter paper. 

For this fun tag, I used the Pencil & Treat Holder cut from Sand card stock and stamped some images from the Retro Holiday stamp set for a fun background. I cut a hold in the middle of the die cut piece and slid the candy cane through it and folded up the treat holder. I tied on a red stitched ribbon and added the Circle Rays Duo Confetti Cut with a sentiment from Retro Holiday.
