Lil' Inker Designs April Release-Day 2

Hello stampy friends! So excited to share the love this week with some amazing new Lil' Inker Designs stamps and dies. We kicked things off yesterday and have 2 more days for you with lots more samples and beautiful new product. So glad you are here. I hope you arrived here from Angel Riveria's Blog.

If not be sure to start over at the LID Blog. Laura has all the new product info, as well as some awesome  eye candy you won't want to miss!

Don't forget to leave comments on all the Design Team Member's posts. Laura is giving away 3 $15 LID Gift Certificates. One winner will be picked each day from the comments. Good luck and have fun!

First up today is a color wash beauty with the Tribal Chic Cover Plate die. I started with some water color paper and then smooshed on some distress inks, let it dry and got buy with the Clean Lines: For the Guys stamp set.  I love this sentiment and I think it makes a great graduation card.

I stamped the road and used the Clean Lines: For the Guys dies to cut it out. I added a bit of copic coloring to give it some shading. I mounted the whole thing on a Stitched mats-Circle cut from vellum.

Up next is some cuteness overload with the adorable new Kite Flying stamp set. The animals in the set are too sweet and I love how Laura included some stamps to dress up the critters. I used one of the vest images on the bear.

I used the Kite Flying dies to cut out the bird and bear (**please note the dies I used with my card were sample dies and have a slightly wider border around the stamped image than what the actual dies are.) I used one of the pretty Tribal Chic papers for my card base, I cut that out with the largest Dual Stitched Rectangle die and then used the new Dual Stitched Triangle to cut out a frame for my focal point. I stamped the Kite Flying sentiment along the outer edge of the triangle and prettied it all up with a cluster of Perky Posies

One more quick one today using the Kite Flying stamps and dies again. I created a frame with the Dual Stitched Rectangles and Fringe Scalloped Rectangle die. I added a touch of clouds with the Border Builder die set.

I stamped the kite with 2 different colors and then used the Kite Flying Dies to cut it out. I decided to stamp the kite string and added some light blue bows. The sentiment was added along the bottom.

Thanks for coming by today! More fun right here tomorrow. For now continue on with the hop, Lea Lawson is up next. Have fun and enjoy the day!
