Lollipop Thank-yous

I LOVE the Lollipop Treat Die-namics and all the matching stamp sets from My Favorite Things. I had a quick little creating session with my middle guy to FINALLY get out his birthday thank-you's. They were WELL over due, but I'm hoping this fun way to say thank-you makes up for that.

Ry had fun picking the colors and taking the time to cut out all the pieces for his Lollipop Treats. I assembled them and he finished writing his little notes.

I knew we could just give the lollipops with the words, Thank-you stamped on them. BUT, I like to have the boys write a quick note. I think it's important for them to learn this. So I cut up some regular, ol' computer paper into 4.25 x 5.5 inch pieces and he wrote out each one.

We then rolled them up and tied them onto the front of his lollie treats with a bit of bakers twine.

I used MFT Kraft and Gumdrop Green cardstock to cut out the pieces with the Lollipop Treats Die-namics. Then I used the fun coordinating stamps from Lollipop Additions-Birthday to add fun, graphic patterns and words to the cut pieces. I stamped the bits and pieces in  Blu Raspberry, Gumdrop Green, and Black Licorice Premium Dye inks. What a fun combo. Note to self....use this one again!

I think they turned out so great and Ryan can't wait to hand deliver these to his friends.

Thanks for stopping by this weekend. It's Easter and we are celebrating with a church, and Egg Hunt and dinner with family. I hope you are enjoying your weekend, too.

Happy Shopping:

  2. This is so stinking cute! I like the way you rolled up the note and tucked it inside the bow. :)
