More MFT Teasers...day 4

You are in for a treat today! Seriously, some really cool Treat Holders and an awesome spider web. Today is our Spider Web; Lollipop Treat teaser day. These two sets and matching Die-namics are sooo fun to work with.

I am over the moon excited and in love with this spider web. I don't typically like spiders, but this one I'll keep ;)
I paired up some MFT Kraft cs, Sno Cone, and the new Steel Grey (you have to get some!) to make this cute-sie, spooky card.
Check out behind the web...there are lots of Halloween  words from the Spider Web stamp set. I created my own background paper by stamping the words repeatedly in kraft ink on the Kraft cs.
I added the general, "Happy Halloween" greeting to the top in some Bellini ink from Amuse. A few Steel Grey buttons and some pretty black Tulle ribbon finish off the card.

I wasn't finished with the Spider Wed. This time I cut it out of some Vellum card stock to wrap a treat pouch.

I had a chocolate bar sitting in my cupboard and I thought a quick and easy treat pouch created with just two pieces of Kraft card stock (A2 card size) would be the perfect way to give this yummy surprise. I added a little dab of adhesive to the inside edges of the card stock to hold it together until I was ready to stitch it all up (just a little, you don't want to gum up your machine).

I used two different Die-namics edges to dress up the tops of my card stock-the PERFECT BRACKET EDGE, and the  JUMBO SCALLOP BORDER.  Cut the edges first, before adhering the card stock pieces together. I also sponged on a bit of grey ink to the edges.

After wrapping the Spider Web around the front of the pouch, I used my zig zag stitch to hold together my pouch and add that extra WOW factor to the design.

I used the cool new HIGHRISE ALPHABET DIE-NAMICS to spell out the word "boo" in Tangy Orange card stock and then I added a spider, but from Steel Grey card stock.

The whole pouch was tied up with the coordinating Steel Grey Grosgain ribbon and I added a quick little tag (one of the smaller sizes from TRADTIONAL TAGS STAX DIE-NAMICS). I stamped some of the new DISTRESS DIAMONDS along the bottom and used the sentiment included with the SPIDER WEB Die-namics. There is a Tangy Orange button and some Charcoal twine to finish the look.

I used some coordinating designer paper (from Stampin' Up!) to wrap my chocolate bar. It's cuter when everything matches. :)
