Reverse Confetti October SFYTT

Hello Fetti Friends! I have a card for you today with the current SFYTT. There is still time to play along, so come check it out.

I pulled out the
No Tomorrow dinos for a quick birthday card. I colored him up with copics and then used the No Tomorrow Confetti Cuts to quickly cut him out. I used two different patterns following the sketch layers. The black and white is from Every Little bit and the aqua pattern is from Pattern Play

I used the Dots Tag Layer in Stone card stock and cut a Midnight grassy hill with the Nuts About You Confetti Cut die. I stamped the sentiment from No Tomorrow in Versamark and then embossed it in white.

Here is the sketch.

Here are the challenge details…
There will be a new sketch posted on the Reverse Confetti blog on the 1st of each month.
The sketch link list will be open from the 1st until noon CST on the 27th. The SFYTT button is  posted on the sidebar.  Click on it to be taken to the current SFYTT post and link list.
Reverse Confetti stamps and/or Confetti Cuts are required to win.  This is a way we get to thank our customers for using our stamps.  Anyone is welcome to play, though!
You may enter as many times as you wish.
There will be a winner each month and that person will receive a $20 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store and claim the title of ‘Fetti Fave. The winner of SFYTT will be posted on the Reverse Confetti blog at the end of the month the month.

Thanks for stopping by today!
Hugs, Lisa

Color Throwdown 464-Happy Birthday Tim

Hi, everyone!  Amy our challenge hostess this week with a brand new set of colors  - orange, taupe and black. Remember, we're using generic colors, so as long as you use the color values shown, you're in good company! As always, feel free to incorporate any other neutrals you need in your design, as well.

If you upload to a public gallery, please use the key words CTD464, and please use #ctd464 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites. Also, when linking up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of the post, please link to your specific post, not a generic link to your blog--all of the "rules" are in the right sidebar, please check them out if you're in doubt. One last detail to remember -  no digital designs--only digital images that are printed off and colored will be allowed. Totally digital designs will be removed from the link up.

My card this week is a special one as it was created for my husband. Today is a BIG birthday for him and while he never wants anyone to make a fuss over him, I am giving him a shout out here because he is so worth it.

I used the Sentiments Essentials stamp set in midnight ink layered over a vellum circular window. The Sentiments Essential Confetti Cuts make it easy to create a fun focal point with your words.  I used the Fa La La Circle Confetti Cuts to cut it out and frame it up in Sand card stock.

Behind the vellum, you'll notice an orange distress ink water colored background. I also added some sequins and made a flat shaker card. I added some orange twine and Sand Leafy Confetti Cuts. I layered it onto a sheet of the Every Little Bit paper pack.

For more inspiration, check out the other design team members' creations below, and get inky! We can't wait to see what you come up with this week.

October Reverse Confetti Creative Blog Hop

Hello and welcome! I am super happy to be here today with the RC Confetti Crew to show off some amazing Reverse Confetti products for you. It is a non-release month, but we still want to share and inspire you.  Jen has all the details about this month's hop over on the RC Blog!  Don't miss it!

I had fun creating this fun Halloween treat box and a trio of mini cards to match.

I started with the Clear Treat Box and Wrap Combo. I filled it with candy corn, but you could fill your own treat box with just about anything.

I used the Box Wrap Confetti Cut cut from Sand card stock and stamped a few of the Haunt It sentiment set to decorate it. I love how the Midnight Ink looks stamped on the Sand card stock. I added in the sweet little spider and web from Too Cute To Spook

I tied on an orange bow and added the matching tag from the Clear Box & Wrap Combo with a sentiment from Monsterous

Using the same color combo of Tangerine, RC Aqua and Midnight ink on Sand card stock I went and created a matching trio of 3x3 cards. I stamped the fun Monsterous monsters in the background and then added a sentiment from Haunt It on a strip of torn vellum.

Each one is just a little different. I did add the Too Cute To Spook spider to the sentiment on each one as a finishing touch.

Be sure to check out the rest of the design team today!
There is so much more to see!

Color Throwdown 463-More Monsters

Happy Fall, y'all! Broni is our hostess this week.  It is sad to see Summer leave but the colors of fall are so beautiful!  She's chosen Orange, Kraft, and White as our generic color combo for this week.  Of course you can add other neutrals as well.

As we're starting a new month, we'd like to sincerely thank our dear friend Tammy for being our September guest designer. It was so great she was back with us last month.  And we'd like to welcome the super talented Michele Ferguson as our October guestie! Yay!!

If you upload your creation to a public gallery please use the key word CTD463, and please use #ctd463 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites.

Also, when using the linky tool, please be sure to give us a direct link to your specific blog post and not just a generic link. And no totally digital designs are allowed; only printed digital designs can be used.

I can not get enough of these Monsters from Monsterous! They are an all occasion set and I am having fun using them for all sorts of fun things! Today I made a festive birthday card. I colored them up in the challenge colors and added them to the top of the negative of the Wonky Striped Panel in Sand card stock. I also pulled out the great Monkey Business stamp set for the balloons and the sentiment. If you don't have this set yet, get it. The monkeys are cute and all....but the balloons and party hat (I didn't use it today) are the perfect accent to all of the Dawn Machell images. swoon!  It was easy peasy and super quick.

Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge-Iced Coffee

It's time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

I wasn't quite sure how I wanted to start this project, but I did know I wanted to use this PSL stamp from Reverse Confetti. The stamp set is called Just Brew It and I stamped the image in RC Rust Premium Dye ink. I used the Just Brew It Confettti Cuts to get the perfect, easy cut out. I tied on some solid cream twine.

To give it a cool, fall feel I went ahead and stamped the leaf pile from Autumn Blessings in white ink onto some Sand card stock and then tucked in the hedgie and pumpkin from Nuts About You. I added a strip of horizontal striped paper from Free Spirit

Make sure you visit each of the designers' blogs for more inspiration!
