Lil' Inker Designs September Release Day 2

Welcome back! So excited you are joining us for the September release from Lil' Inker Designs. We are celebrating day 2 of fun!  I had so much fun playing around with all the gorgeous new stamps and dies, we are gearing up for Halloween and fall and a time to be thankful. I just know you will love what we have to share.

I am all about the cute side of Halloween. These adorable little guys from A Haunting We Will Go are just tooo cute! I love that sentiment, too. I stamped them and colored with Copic markers and then used the matching A Haunting We Will go dies to cut them out.

Can we talk about that background detail for a quick second?? I love all the LID cover plates, and this one just jumped to the TOP of my list! It's called Quilted Stitched Harlequin die. It is just waaaaay cool! 

It's hard to resist a shaker card and when you have a Ghost Shaker Die set to make it even easier to create, well, you go for it! I used some Halloween themed sequins to fill my ghost. 

I combined this with the You've Been Boo'd stamps & Die set to make a fun and cute Halloween card to tuck into a little Boo basket. I'm kind of curious to see what happens this year for us. We recently moved from a HUGE neighborhood that did this sweet little Halloween tradition (leave little gifties on a neighbor's porch) to a much smaller, private neighborhood. I might need to start up this tradition if it doesn't happen. Ok....back to the card. I finished it off with a twine wrap and bow. Here's a close up of the shaker.

Lil' Inker Designs September Release Day 1

Welcome, welcome! So excited you are joining us for the September release from Lil' Inker Designs. I had so much fun playing around with all the gorgeous new stamps and dies, we are gearing up for Halloween and fall and a time to be thankful. I just know you will love what we have to share.

Are you ready for the coolest and cutest turkey ever?? I am dying over the new Eat Pie stamp set. I love that Laura designed each of the turkey parts as individual stamps so you can literally customize this turkey to fit any color combo your heart desires. I added the sentiment sign and perched them both onto the Border Builders hill I created. The matching Eat Pie Dies makes it easy to cut out all the pieces.  

I mounted this all onto a Silly Stitched rectangle and added some falling leaves from Eat Pie in the background.  Here's a close up of the details. First the turkey. I just adore him. 

And then the sign. Again, each part is separate so  you can add some different colors in there, too. The sentiments are soooo good! 

Up next is a beautiful fall square twig wreath set called Thankful Thoughts. The florals are so pretty. I added a bouquet in fall colors, tucking in some leaves and pine cones and used the Thankful Thoughts dies to cut out all the pieces. 

I added a splattering of fall colors in the background, pulling in colors I used in the flowers.

For my sentiment I combined a sentiment from Thankful Thoughts with the Thankful Word Die. I cut three of them and glued them together to give me the dimension I wanted.

It's Release DaY! Reverse Confetti September Release

Happy Reverse Confetti Release day!!! I am so excited for you all to get a chance to shop. All the new products are loaded into the store. Be sure to stop by Jen's Blog, she always has the release details. 

I am excited to share this Halloween treat duo. These new gift boxes are a great compliment to any card and I love that you can fill them up with so much, for any occasion. 

I used the Clear Box & Box Wrap combo and the new Every Little Bit paper to dress up some yummy candy corn. The designer paper was not quite long enough, so I cut two and then just matched up the scalloped edge and wrapped the box. I tied on some ribbon and added a Tag Duo tag in Premium Polar White card stock. 

I stamped the sentiment from Haunt It in Royal Purple ink and added a Midnight black bat from Halloween Bits Confetti Cuts. Here's a closer look at the tag detail. 

 The card was fun to make as I mixed and matched the new Boo To You and Fa La La Circle Confetti cuts to make a sweet little 4.25 square card. I just love the pinking stitched edge from Fa La La, I cut that layer from Royal Purple card stock and then just snipped out the "boo to you" sentiment cut from Stormy card stock.
I sponged on Tangerine, Sunshine and Royal Purple in to make a spooky moon. I then cut some Sun 'n Clouds confetti cuts in Stone card stock and sponged on some Stormy ink for added spook! I then topped a Midnight bat from Halloween Bits Confetti Cuts. Here's the card.

In the background I added some fun star pattern paper from Pattern Play.
