To celebrate the Curtain Call's third anniversary, the Celebrate challenge will run the entire month of July! The LEAD of this challenge will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge!
I used a whole bunch of new to me Taylored Expressions products. I loved the sweet dog with the balloon trio from Mischief Maker-Carried Away (links below). I used the photo frame for my focal image and cut out a few clouds and added some sweet TE Sequins.
I added some crystal effects to the balloons after I colored them up with Copics to give a real life feel to the balloons. I cut a strip of glitter card stock to pull in the bling from the inspiration photo.
