Lil' Inker Designs July Release

I told you this week was going to be busy, but also loads of fun!!! The July Release from LID is here and the products are amazing! I love it all! You should have arrived from Karen's Blog. I am soooo excited about this new Pineapple Panache stamp set. There is a darling matching Pineapple Panache die, too. How about that background? This new Dotted Scallops Cover Up die is a must have! It's so pretty and looks beautiful with any project you might have planned.  

I stamped two of the pineapples and then used the die to cut them out. There are so many different ways to stamp this beautiful fruit, thanks to the different designs included in the set. I used the Anytime Tag set cut from vellum to add to my card base. I love working with vellum for layers because it doesn't cover up the pretty backgrounds you create. I stamped a sentiment from Pineapple Panache in a light purple ink and then finished the sentiment with my favorite Thanks Word die. 

I cut that word die three times and adhered them together for dimension. I love adding foam dots behind my layers, but with scripty word dies, that gets tricky. Layering the word dies make it a snap to add dimension with out having to cut bits and pieces of foam dots. Here you can see the thickness.
