Day 6-MFT Teaser Time-Pure Innocence

It's our Pure Innocence day!!! It's always a FAN favorite. There is a great line up this month: 

Baseball Boy; Goldfish Girl; Home Sweet Home; Giraffe Girl; Freckles; All Occasion Sentiments!

Two of these cuties you saw on VIP day...Freckles and Giraffe girl!  If you didn't pick those up then, be sure to pop them in your cart on May 1, along with their other friends! 

Today I've got a card done up with HOME SWEET HOME.  I stamped her on to x-press blending cardstock, colored her up with copics and then pieced her sweet little sweater with some matching dp (PinkPaislee-prairie hill).  

The NEW DESIGNER LABEL 1 STAX DIE-NAMICS reminded me of a key hole, without the hole and I had a few of these key charms and that's where my focus went. I layered up the DESIGNER LABEL 1 STAX, and even split the top layer with two designer papers.  I covered the seam with some pretty seam binding and lace trim. 

I separated the sentiment to make it fit. You can do this in one of two ways. Either mask your words and stamp them individually.  I usually take this route, but I actually got BRAVE and cut my sentiment apart. There was enough spacing between the words, that I felt comfortable doing this. This way, I could stamp quicker and not worry about messing up my sentiment if I made a mistake and didn't get my stamp cleaned off properly between stamping. 

I love this sweet set.  It's a great house warming set, but I think also could be a fabulous card to slip in with a graduation gift.  Either way it's C.U.T.E.!

MFT Teasers Day 5

It's à mode day!!! I squeal each month when I see what the newest of these cuties are joining the collection. I ♥ ALM!  Here are the two sets debuting this month: I've Got UR Back; Lightbulb Moment. 

I went soft and pretty with this one. I used some My Mind's Eye dp and tied it all up with this soft yellow, Primrose, seam binding ribbon (Ribbon Carousel). 

I added the sentiment to the amazing new FISHTAIL FLAG STAX DIE-NAMICS.  Seriously Love those! ♥

 Here's a closer look at the gorgeous shape of the new VERTICAL GREETINGS II Die-namics.  You can all see the oh-so-cool teeny tiny MINI SCALLOP EDGE DIE-NAMICS, along the left side there. It's one of those edges that is just a perfect size. 

 the à la mode, Lightbulb Moment was stamped on x-press blending cs, colored with Copics, and then  I cut her out. I used some foam dimensionals to pop her up and give some extra dimension to my card.

Day4 with MFT Teaser Time

Getting closer....still more goodies to see...with the MFT TEASERS.  How long is your wish list getting??? make room, because you're sure to want to add LOTS more as we have 4 more days to share. 
Today's teasers include:Girly Graphic Tee; Vertical Greetings II! I adore both of these new sets....of course anything with a coordinating Die-namics I am a sucker for! lol!


I am sooo excited to say that this second edition to the Vertical Greetings line up is JUST as fantastic as the first, if not better!!! The Die-namics shape is awesome and the quotes are beautiful and inspirational. This one might warms my heart....it's so true, dontcha think???

I couldn't help myself and added looks of embellies to this one.  I had to make is girly and sweet, with a touch of shabby chic.  Designer paper is Simple Stories-Fabulous and then I used Sno cone and fossil cardstock from the MFT Boutique. 

I love the shape of the VERTICAL GREETINGS DIE-NAMICS.  I cut it out from a piece of recycled cardboard and touched the edges with some Raspberry Fizz ink.  I added a sweet little MINI SCALLOP EDGE DIE-NAMICS to the bottom of the sentiment. 

I also added some of the newest Royal Rose Die-namics.  I had plans to use ALL four sizes on my card, but  when I went to put it all together, the LARGE ROYAL ROSE was just too big. So you can see 3 of the sizes here. First is the smallest one from the MINI ROYAL ROSES DIE-NAMCIS. 

and here you can see the original, ROYAL ROSE DIE-NAMICS (in the orange paper) paired with the larger of the two from the MINI ROYAL ROSES DIE-NAMICS.  That pretty ribbon you can get in the MFT Boutique-Razzleberry

ANd how about one more detail shot. You can get a look at it above, too, but here's a look at the cute, new SQUIGGLE BORDER DIE-NAMICs. You can never have too many border options...this one is unique and fun.

Day 3-MFT TEASERS-ART

It's day 3 with the MFT Teasers and today we are sharing our samples from the Clearly Sentimental line up.  Ahhh, words, beautiful words and quotes. Can't have enough of them.

I've got 1 of each for you today.  First up today....my lovey card. AND I LOVEY it! lol! Soft and pretty and my favorite part of the card is how perfectly the CIRLCE STAX SET 1 layers up in the soon-to-be-released, DESIGNER LABEL 1 STAX dIE-NAMICS!

Actually, I might be wrong....I also love the beautiful new LARGE ROYAL ROSE DIE-NAMICS!  Look how pretty! I tucked in a bit of hemp twine and added a pretty seam binding ribbon, too (both from The Ribbon Carousel). 


Now here's my card with the CS about Art set, this month's Triple Scoop set. You can read all about the Triple Scoop program, HERE!

I had fun making this one. I let the new ARTIST PALETTE AND BRUSH DIE-NAMICS and the quote do all the work! What a great accent piece.  AND you can CUSTOMIZE your paint pallet to fit any project you're working on....brilliant!

I added some wood grain texture to my palette  and then topped off each paint blog with some Crystal Effects for a more realistic, wet look. Some hand stitched cross hatches and a few FISHTAIL FLAG Stax banner pieces and this card was done. The layout is from Karen's Sweet Sunday sketch! Check it out.
