It's never easy to lose a Pet.
I've been busy, busy....gearing up for next week and the MFT May teasers. I can't wait for you to see what's coming. MFT TEASERS begin on Wednesday...if you can believe that. I did sneak in a little card for Jen's Deconstructing sketch 48 this week. I hate missing her sketches because I LOVE working with them. Plus, it called for a little fishtail flag and I am over the moon for the MFT Fishtail Flag STax Die-namics.
My in-laws lost their beloved dog this week. Murphy was a 14yr. old yellow lab and my FIL's best friend. It's heart breaking to see your loved ones hurt. So I made them a card to know that we are thinking about them and that we are sad, too.
I can remember when they got that dog. Tim and I hadn't been dating all that long, and I was so excited to get to play with a puppy. He lived a LONG and happy life. I find comfort knowing that my Boomer dog (we lost him back in Oct.) now has a friend to romp around with up in heaven.
The Clearly Sentimental about Pets stamp set was a great pick for this card.
Since the sketch had a little rounded tab peaking out from the main image panel, I tucked in one of the OVAL TAB DIE-NAMICS.
I also added a fun embellishment thanks to the PET CHARMS DIE-NAMICS.
Oh no! I'm so sorry that your in-laws lost their dog this week. So sorry! This is a beautiful card for them! HUGS!
