Advent Calendar Extravaganza with Taheerah Atchia

I am excited to be a part of the Advent Calendar Extravaganza with Taheerah Atchia blog hop and Lil' Inker Designs.

I got busy creating with the Festive Florals stamp set. I created a background onto the Stitched Circles die and the greenery images but kept it to a black and white color combo. I wanted to add a pop of color with the Poinsettia image. I used the Festive Florals die to cut out the gorgeous flower.

I stamped the sentiment in verseamark and embossed it with white embossing powder.  I added some clear chunky glitter to the flower center.

Laura has all the blog hop information, along with links to other cards by the design team. Go check it out, you have a chance to win a prize. Check out the LID Blog

Reverse Confetti Dec. SFYTT

Hello Fetti Friends! I have a card for you today with the current SFYTT. There is still time to play along, so come check it out.

I love the fun, festive feel of the latest 6x6 paper pad from Reverse Confetti, Cheerful & Kind. I used it as my base, and layered some midnight card stock behind it to make the patterns pop. I topped it  with the fun background layout from the sketch and added the layered pinking circle from Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts.

The sentiment and awesome sno cone is from the Sno Awesome stamp set. I used more of the fun patterns to piece together a yummy sno cone. I stamp the images twice, once on the pattern papers and again onto white card stock and then use the Sno Awesome Confetti Cuts.

Here is the sketch

Here are the challenge details…

A Curtain Call Finale-Pines

So if you are here from the Challenge Blog, then you have read the big news.
We have decided that this will be our last Curtain Call Challenge.

Our Grande Finale!
Thank-you for all your support over the years. It has been fun.

For this last challenge I pulled out my favorite Lil' Inker Designs holiday set, Festive Florals. I inked up the greenery in a few different shades of green along the bottom of the main panel. I used the  Silly stitched Rectangle to cut it out and then added some fun texture with the Quilted Stitched Harlequin die

Make sure you visit each of the designers' blogs for more inspiration!
We invited some special guests to join us with this final Curtain Call.

Color Throwdown 473-Sweet Holiday Wishes

Hello Color Throwdown fans!  Broni, is hosting our last challenge of 2017!  Can you believe the year is almost gone already?

She chose a sweet little Christmas  inspiration photo for us this week.  The generic colors are: Pink, Green, Kraft, and White.

If you upload to a public gallery, please use the key words CTD473, and please use #ctd473 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites. Also, when linking up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of the post, please use a direct link to your specific post, not a generic link to your blog.  All of the "rules" are in the right sidebar, so check them out to be sure.  And no digital designs--only digital images that are printed off and colored will be allowed. Totally digital designs will be removed from the link up.

Soft and pretty colors and I knew right away I wanted to use the sweet little gingerbread house from the Sweet Holiday stamp set. I stamped it with Copic friendly ink and colored it up along with a few extra hearts and the pine tree. I then used the Sweet Holiday Confetti Cuts to cut them out and set them aside while I worked on the other card elements.

I used the Lacey Scallop Circles in Piggy Bank to cut out a pink frame for my house. I stamped my favorite sentiment from Sweet Holiday onto a Premium Polar White banner from Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts in Midnight ink. I mounted this all on Sand cardstock (splattered with white ink to give it a snowy feel) and then layered a panel of Avocado card stock behind it.

Reverse Confetti December Creative Hop

Hello and welcome! I am super happy to be here today with the RC Confetti Crew to show off some amazing Reverse Confetti products for you. It is a non-release month, but we still want to share and inspire you.  Jen has all the details about this month's hop over on the RC Blog!  Don't miss it!

I decided to do a holiday card and gifty combo....who doesn't love chocolate and who doesn't LOVE that sweet little Christmas Bear??? I started with some Midnight Ink, Cloud White card stock and got busy water coloring the Christmas Bear, gifty, and I gave him the darling little Santa hat. After I cut them out with the Christmas Bear Confetti Cuts. I set those aside to dry and then cut out the Scalloped Stripe Panel Confetti Cut in Premium Polar White card stock

Here is a closer look at the details on of the festive bear. I also added some glittery Let It Snow snowflakes. I still love these flakes big time!  I stamped the sentiment from Sentimental Christmas stamp set

Here is a closer look at the candy box. The Clear Mini boxes are so fun to fill with anything your heart desires. I filled mine with red m&m's and tied on a bow.

I cut one of the Tag Duo Confetti Cuts from Premium Polar White and stamped the Sentimental Christmas sentiment in Salsa Ink. I added one of the Let it Snow glittery snowflake and the tag on with some aqua solid twine.

Be sure to check out the rest of the design team today!
There is so much more to see!

Color Throwdown 472-Happy Holidays Bear

Hi, everyone! It's time for a new challenge! Barbara is here with our colors for this week. Remember, we're using generic colors, so as long as you use the color values shown: black, red, and gray, you'll be good...the color police won't come after you--this is all about having fun! And, feel free to incorporate any other neutrals you need in your design, as well.

If you upload to a public gallery, please use the key words CTD472, and please use #ctd472 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites. Also, when linking up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of the post, please link to your specific post, not a generic link to your blog--all of the "rules" are in the right sidebar, so check 'em out to be sure. Importantly, though, no digital designs--only digital images that are printed off and colored will be allowed. Totally digital designs will be removed from the link up.
For more inspiration, check out the other design team members' creations below, and get inky! We can't wait to see what you come up with this week.

I am using Lil' Inker Designs stamps and dies today. The Rustic Christmas set is my favorite (sorry it is sold out, currently).  I cut out the bear and his sweet little hat with the Rustic Christmas dies. I water colored the bear and added a red sentiment from Festive Florals

I cut out a rectangle panel with the Silly Stitched Rectangles and I stamped the background pattern from Unstoppable in black ink.  I white embossed some white snowflakes from rustic Christmas onto some Stone card stock and used the tag from Silly Stitched Squares. . I finished off the card details with a little red twine bow.
