It's always humbling and an honor to be picked as a Featured Stamper in a challenge I play along with. I got a happy email from Tammy asking me if I'd like to join along with the Color Throwdown challenge.
This card of mine was picked for the challenge the other week. Without hesitation, I said YES!! The colors this week are stunning!
Here is my card for this week's Challenge.
I decided on a water colored background created with the smooshing technique and my distress inks. I then added a layered up Lacy Butterfly die cut from TCP. With bling being part of the challenge I added a clear rhinestone to the butterfly body and the added a layer of silver glitter card stock behind my main image panel. The sentiment is from Simply Said, also by TCP and I embossed it with white embossing powder on a strip of black card stock.
