Happy Release Day!!! The fun just doesn't stop. Shop the Brand Spankin' New department, HERE!
It's now noon and to stay on schedule for our Wed. Stamp Club Sketch Challenge....I've got another card to share. As tradition continues, I'm using a new, just released stamp set for today's card.
It's the adorable new PI-Warm Wishes. Isn't she just the cutest all done up in here coat and hat??!!! I used some of the non-traditional holiday/winter papers pulled from the Woodland Park paper pack from October Afternoon. LOVE those red diagonal stripes. They look great paired up with Red Hot card stock (betcha thought I was going to say Wild Cherry, huh??!!).
I used the new POST CARD STAX DIE-NAMCIS as the panel to attach my PI and sentiment. I die cut the Sno Cone card stock, then stamped the sentiment with Wild Cherry Ink AND then I ran it through my Vagabond with the embossing folder. A quick stitch around the edges and the main panel was complete.
A few other accents to my card that followed the sketch are the Fishtail Flags and Fishtail Layered Flags Stax Die-namics. In place of the little tag element the sketch called for, I used a Let it Snow snowflake cut in Sno Cone Felt and then topped with a matching button. I dusted it with MS Coarse Glitter before I added the button.
Here is this week's sketch.
You’ll want to be sure to play along for your chance at the weekly prize, valued at up to $20 in vouchers to the MFT Boutique.
