First up a taste of fall. I LOVE, love, LOOOOVE the new Leaf Love Dies and the fact that there are sweet sentiments to stamp inside the leaves (Leafy Greetings Stamps) just makes it that much sweeter!!! I started with a fall color scheme on a watercolored background. Some ink smooshing and splattering of color on a panel of Tim Holtz water color paper and then I set it aside to dry. After it was all dry I ran it through my Vagabond with the Stitched Mats Dual Rectangle.
I cut out my leaf and then embossed the Leafy Greetings in white emobossing powder so it would really pop against that darker paver red card stock. Here is a closer look.
Changing gears to holiday time, I just had to use the Triangle Treat Box and the new Make a Santa stamp & die bundle set to create a little peppermint gifty. We always do a little secret santa at work during the holiday time. Love that I already have 1 item checked off my list.
Santa isn't complete with out a few jingle bells, so I tied on a few with the sentiment stamped onto a Pinking Edge Sentiment Flag.
One last card from me, to wrap up this release blog hop. I used the Merry & Bright Holiday Greeting die combined with the Stitched Mats-Dual stitched Square die to make a festive polka dotted panel for my card.
I kept it simple and mounted it on a red card stock panel and then added the pretty Seasonal Stars in silver glitter paper.
I love the watery background you created to go with the leaf! Very pretty! The Santa box is tooooo cute and the card with the polka dotted dp is pretty too :)
