Yep, I did it and I am quite proud of myself. Cath's
challenge on Tuesday last week was vintage/shabby chic. Well, I love the look of vintage and there are many great crafters out there that can create amazing shabby chic cards like there's no tomorrow. I am not one of those people. I wasn't going to take on this challenge, but I had done all the others so I pushed myself and came up with a vintagey card I am quite proud of.

I used some new SU flocked paper (ooooohhhh, is this stuff gorgeous! it's coming in the new mini on Sept. 1) and a cool music note dp from the cosmo cricket Jolly By Golly pack. I stitched around the edge and I sponged some soft suede ink to give it that antiqued look and stuck to pretty vanilla satin ribbon and some pearls. The poinsetta stamp is the gorgeous one by Unity that you can find in the Hodge Podge of Happiness kit. Here's a close up of the details.

Like I said, it may not be Moxie Fab vintage, but I love how it turned out! Hugs, Lisa
