Reverse Confetti Jan. Release-Day 2 Countdown

Welcome Back! It's day two of our Countdown to Confetti.  We have more awesomeness to share today and it's one of my favorite sets this release. Don't forget, the January  Reverse Confetti release is on Jan.8! Today is the Dawn Machell set, they are my always my favorites. This release we've got cheetahs and they are adorable. The set is called Heart Spots. I colored the pieces up with my Copic markers and then used the Heart Spots Confetti Cuts to cut them out. I set them aside and got busy building my scene . 

I started with a piece of water color paper and sponged on some distress ink and spritzed some  water to create a pretty blue sky in my background. I then layered on the Falling Hearts Panel Confetti Cuts in Stone card stock. I added a layer of grass with the stitched hill from the Nuts About You Confetti Cuts and some pattern paper from the Cheerful & Kind 6x6 paper pad. The sentiment from Heart Spots was stamped with Midnight ink, my favorite for inking up sentiments. If you haven't tried this ink yet, get it! It's so crisp and clean and a true, dark black. It stamped beautifully every time.  I then added my colored Heart Spot images to complete my card front.
