Suprise! Happy Birthday Jessica!

Oh, boy, do I love being part of pulling off a surprise. Today is Jessica's birthday and the There She Goes DT has been plotting and scheming to pull off this Surprise Birthday Blog Hop! I used one of Mercy's sketches again, and some yummy Oct. Afternoon-fly a kite dp, and this card came together fairly quickly. It's so bright and cheerful, I'm sure Jessica will love it!
