Reverse Confetti Sept. Color Challenge

**Please Scroll Down for my TCP Sneak Peek card**

There is still time to play along with the current Color Challenge from Reverse Confetti. It's such a pretty combo. Here is my card. I pulled out Be A Barista for this  one.

I layered together some Circles 'n Scallops, popped up my mug and added a sentiment onto the fabulous Tag Me banner piece.

Here is the color board to work with. Have fun and we can't wait to see what you come up with. Hop on over to the RC Blog for more inspiration and all the challenge details.

TCP Sneaky Peeks Day 4 {Boo bag}

It's another sneaky Peek day with TCP. Today I'm showing off the cool new Vintage Halloween stamp set. If you have been enjoying this line of stamps this past year, then you'll be REALLY excited about this one. It's awesome.
I used lots of the spooky, fun images to decorate one of the smaller Draw String bags you can find in the TCP shop on release day. There are 2 different sizes and they are food grade drawstring bags made in the US.

I used Jet Black Archival ink to stamp right on the bag (use a scrap piece of paper inside the bag, while stamping to avoid the ink bleeding through.

 I stamped the sentiment oval a a few extra spiders in black ink and then used the Framed Up die to cut out the oval. I cinched up the bag and tied on some black stitched ribbon and tied on some Devine Twine.

TCP Sneaky Peeks Day 3 {Be Afraid}

We are pluggin' along with the September Release sneaky peeks from TCP. Are you in the mood for Halloween, yet??!! After today you will be. I just love how my card turned out using the new, Boo Y'all stamp set.

I colored up the scary Bun and pieced up his outfit with some older Fancy Pants halloween papers. I then created a fun little grave yard with the Fancy Flip Frames and Fancy Flip dies. You'll need/want both sets too, for layering AND for creating the different sized tomb stones. They were the perfect spot for my sentiment. Along the bottom I added some green smile thanks to the awesome new Slime/icicle border Cut up.

For some extra details I added a bit of grass with the Grass Border cut ups and some black burlap twine.

Color Throwdown 311 {big love}

**please scroll down for my TCP Sneaky Peek!**

I have had so much fun with the Color Throwdown team this month. I have loved all the color combos, but I really loved this week's. I decided to finally make a sweet baby card for my bestie that had her precious baby the other week.

I reached for my Reverse Confetti stamps and dies again this week. I just LOVE that rounded tag piece from Tagged Tote. I stamped the baby sentiment from Lots to Say across the top.  That sentiment just melts my heart.

I wanted to add stripes to my card, so I used the rectangle die (the bottom re-enforcer piece for the tote) to cut three of the colors and placed them across the bottom of my sentiment piece. I topped it with some hearts from Love note and then used the sweet little bow, also included in the Tagged Tote confetti cut.

Here is this week's color swatch! I think the kraft and grey are wonderful together, especially with those other two colors. So pretty!

TCP Sneaky Peeks day 2

It's day two of the Sneaky Peeks with The Cat's Pajamas. I loooove this Frank. The new, soon to be released stamp set is called Eat, Drink, & Be Scary! So many great ways to use this. It would be so fun with a Halloween Party invite!
I used it on a card today.

I missed the link up for this card on the Freshly Made Sketches challenge blog. I was inspired by it, so I'm still mentioning it. I used the awesome new Slime/icicles cut ups die for the long skinny panels on the sketch. It's a fun die, you need it!
I also used the new Fancy Flip die for my main image panel. I used the large frame piece to cut my vellum and stamped the sentiment on it in archival black ink. A few enamel dots finished this one off.

Sneaky Peeks Begin {TCP September Release)

Hello friends! I have a whole week full of fun planned for you. The Cat's Pajamas September release sneaky peeks are just getting started! We will have something new to share every day. I hope you'll join me and the rest of the kitty cats for this spooktacular week!

First up is a new Bun, supporting her favorite cause.  I did mine up in Pink for all those fighting Breast Cancer or are Survivors! . The set  called Survivor

I used two other new products with this card. The cool label I stamped the sentiment on to is a new cut up called Fancy Flip Frames. They are great layering pieces to another cutup also available. Here I used it on it's own.

Check out those embossed dots! I used the new Stencil Blanks and my favorite Dots cut ups to make my own stencil. Simply run the die with the Stencil Blanks through your die cut machine and wha-la.....you're own stencil. I then added white embossing paste over top, let it dry and then added my card elements. You're options are endless!
