I started with sponging on Twisted Citron and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide inks, and blended them together the middle. Once the ink was dried I went ahead and stamped the flowers and leaves from Tall Blooms in versamark ink and then embossed them with white embossing powder. Then I took my water brush and added water to the center of all the images. I colored them in with water, which actually removed the color. I love how it turned out. Here is a close up.
I stamped the sentiment from Tall Blooms in Midnight ink along the bottom and then gave the card front a scattering of clear sequins. I added the finished panel to a Premium Polar White card base.
